Trying to connect my moz local to my facebook page - says it isn't found even though it is. I don't want to create another listing for this.

Hi there!
Unfortunately, from my experience I've found that if you purchase a listing that does not have the correct GMB profile AND Facebook page selected, it's impossible to get Moz to recognize the correct page.
Location details in Moz Local will be pushed to Facebook, but not the other way around—so if the listing you purchased is pulling the wrong page from the start, it seems like it's stuck that way.
You could try emailing help@moz.com to see if there is a way for them to manually switch this out for you.

There can be a few different things inhibiting Moz Local's ability to pick up a corresponding Facebook page. There are a few specific details that need to be present on those listings in order for us to appropriately detect and match them to your Moz Local data (read more here). Here is list of the criteria for those sources that will enable us to validate your listing:
- The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local.
- The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number.
- The primary page category must be “local business”.
- A minimum of 2 visitor check-ins are required. Not sure what to do here? Head to Facebook's resources to see how to let people check in and how you can check in.
- The page must be fully accessible to all potential visitors, so any restrictions based on age, location, etc. must be disabled. This can be easily checked by attempting to view the Facebook page in a Chrome incognito browser while not logged into a Facebook account; if you can view the page normally in these conditions, the accessibility should be in good shape!

Moz Local Update Info
I have been working on a project, this is a local business. Recently we migrate the site, to a new domain name http://www.oldwebsite.com https://www.newwebsite.com I use Moz Local and Moz Pro to track the site Performance. Obviously when we updated the domain name the local score when from 89 to 60. So my question How many time takes to Moz Local to update the info for the main partners? If I claim a listing on a third party website, and import that listing, how many time is going to take to update? I mean there's a lot of local directories out there, and I want to build business profiles with links pointing to my site. MOZ not verifying my Google My Business listing
Hello Folks, Moz Local is not verifying my Google My Business Listing nor is it verifying the manual CSV upload. My Google My Business Listing and my manual CSV upload correctly display all of the same information as my Google My Business Listing and Facebook Page using the following Moz Local guidelines. The only thing that I can think of is that Moz Local is currently pulling up and older listing with a toll free number; however that has been corrected and the feed is real time, so I'm at a loss. A service area business displays with the street address being hidden, as well as the listing not being surfaced through the Google Places API (which is where we pull the listing details from). The listing must be verified by postcard. As a note, it may take a couple days after the postcard verification process for the listing to be available through the Google Places API. The listing must be completely searchable through Google Maps, with the full NAP listed correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers

I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

Should I leave the updating to Moz Local (App) or do it myself?
Hello. I am using the Moz Local service to submit my site to directories. There seems to be a bit of conflicting information/Instructions. Do I just sit back and let Moz continue with providing updates to the sites, or do I have to manually go in to each of the partner sites to make sure that they are all updated correctly? I seem to remember reading one instruction telling me to let Moz do it, and another saying that I should be doing it. There are missing categories on some of the sites, which I am being told to make sure are correct, whilst the Moz Local site is saying 'Update in progress'. I am a bit confused :0)

I keep getting this error message. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or what. Basically, I have filled in all the information, and not edited the parts where I have no information to populate. Gives the error: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings. Thanks.

Moz Local Wont Validate Listing
Its says the listing is not found on google or facebook and it clearly can be found. I have never had a problem uploading a listing but I cant figure out whats going on. Its a well found animal hospital on google and facebook and I dont see any address errors. EUCsSXJ.png

Submission Question for MOZ Local - Potential Issue with Submission and Facebook
I will be setting up a MOZ Local account for a client with two locations. My question/concern with the facebook page matching up with the information submitted for the business. This plastic surgery practice has two locations but their facebook page only allows for one address. Could the secondary location submission possibly be rejected due to the address not matching the information on the facebook page? Thanks for your help!
