How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?
-
Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local.
So the question is, what is considered "newly published"?
The Facebook business page is: https://www.facebook.com/JTBentonConsulting/
The Google+ page is: https://plus.google.com/b/114469171569907148968/+JTBentonConsultingAdamstown?pageId=114469171569907148968&hl=en
The name registered for Google My Business is: J T Benton Consulting - Mobile Notary Public
Any ideas?

Hi there,
Lisa from the Moz help team here!
Sorry for the confusion about this! There's no set amount of time that it takes for us to find your new listings. We're generally waiting for the address to be confirmed by Google/Facebook and for them to add the listing to their API.
In some cases, though, there are other elements that prevent us from finding these sources. With your Facebook and Google Maps listings, you do seem to have hidden the address. This means that it is not shown to us so that we can find the listing and match it to Moz Local.
We use your Facebook and Google Maps listings to verify the address, which means it does need to be visible.

Using Moz Local to update Factual data
As you may know, for a couple of months now, Factual has been having trouble ingesting the data into their network. This is apparent to other Trusted Data Contributors of Factual. Is the Moz Local team experiencing similar problems getting business listings added or updated, or can I be assured my local business info will be updated in Factual if I purchase Moz Local service?

Moz Local says Google + is 100% incomplete
Hi all. I've been trying to make improvements on my Local rankings as well as optimizing my website. When using Moz Local a lot of great information comes up showing me what's incomplete, what's duplicated, etc. It's very helpful. But for the life of me I don't know why my Google Plus page is coming up as 100% incomplete. I'm providing three links that possible will help. Any suggestions would be welcome! Moz Local "Listing Reach" plummet
Hello, I use Moz Local for our company's 12 locations. On August 15 we had a "Listing Reach" of 315. Today I noticed we're down to 29. How does one verify what the problem is with Moz Local? Thanks in advance,

Closing Old Locations with Moz Local
I'm sure the answer is pretty simple, but how are we supposed to report an old location as closed in Moz Local? I'd like to mark an old address as closed in all of the major data providers. Of course, I can claim the new location, but I do I need to claim the old location and then somehow mark it closed? When I do a search with Moz, it gives me five results for a doctor who has a single location now (I'm not posting the actual name because I just don't want this forum to appear for searches for the doctor): <address>Dr. Doctor Name, DMD Verified

What are the listings (citations) when you use Moz Local?
How do I find what the actual listings are when using Moz Local? I want to add more citations for my clients and don't want to create duplicates. _There are five main aggregators of location data that send information to local search engines: Infogroup, Neustar Localeze, Acxiom, and Factual and Foursquare. Is the info we are giving in Moz Local_* In the Dashboard...it show that "35 listings reach". but what are the actual listings? Do I need to use Whitespark to see what the actual listings are? Currently right now, I can only see like 18 listings. Any insight? Regards, Benny

Client had address change in Google
They successfully changed their Google+ local address. I have their listing in the Moz Local product. How should I handle the address change? Will it find it on its own? I noticed with another client it noticed a name change that occurred and automatically updated the listing. Does it do this with address change? Thanks!

Uploading CSV for MOZ Local: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings.
I keep getting this error message. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or what. Basically, I have filled in all the information, and not edited the parts where I have no information to populate. Gives the error: The CSV you uploaded contains no listings. Thanks.
