Page Authority different between Moz Open Site Explorer and On Page analyser

I have a client who has an old URL with 3 linking root domains and 4 links, with a PA of 24. This is on the open site explorer.
There is a 301 redirect in place to direct this old url to the new url.
When he uses the Moz bar on page, it shows that he has a PA of only 1 with no LRDs or inbound links?
Can anyone please explain why this is happening and if this could affect further page links across his site?

So something to consider here is how long ago he switched domains/URLs and how long ago those 301 redirects were implemented. Using 301 redirects will redirect your link juice (PA/DA), but you might need to wait a little while (a few index updates) for our crawler to pick up those changes and display the appropriate numbers.
If the domain switch was somewhat recent this would explain it. Our Mozscape Index is not a live representation of links. We can store link data for up to 190 days (~6 months) if links are not re-discovered from external linking sites. Generally, most new links that appear in our Index were crawled 3 months ago as this is the current timeframe it takes for us to process new links (and therefore to find and follow/process the 301 redirects).

Top Pages are all 301
Hi, New to Moz, so sorry if this is a n00b question. I can see on the 'Top Pages' page, that the HTTP status of all my Top Pages is 301, which means they have been permanently redirected. I am trying to find out what they have been redirected from / to so that I can clean them up and make then nice 200s, but I can't see the info anywhere? 😕

Why Page Authority = 1
Hi everyone! Long time reader, first time-submitter. I'm working with a client who has an old, established domain and brand name, decent DA score (43 overall, 52 for their home page), but almost all the rest of the pages of their small-ish website have a PA of 1. The domain itself has been around since 2000. The pages ranking at a 1 are not new URLs, they have a sitemap submitted to Google, are not being blocked by robots.txt, there's no auto-redirects or meta-refresh, and the response code for all pages is 200. What else am I missing? What could be causing this? TIA for the help!

Open site explorer: error message "There was an error getting your data"
I"m trying out MOZ, wanting to make an informed decision (for myself and my blogging students) whether this is a useful program to buy and use. I've had no luck so far with the Open Site Explorer. Each time I try, I get the same error message, "There was an error getting your data". I used the URL: http://writetodone.com I asked about the problem in the chat, but my question was posed over an hour ago and is still marked 'unread'... I"m keen to continue studying the program as I'm creating a video about MOZ. How can I make the Open Site Explorer work? I've tried the Analytics module but it seems to take some days to get results.
