Is there a way to view difficulty for related keyword suggestions?
-
I'd really like to view the difficulty/organic CTR/priority of suggested related keywords without having to click on each individually - is there a way to do this?
-
Some people believe that the most reliable way to determine keyword difficulty is to visit the SERPs and see who holds top positions and then you will know "who you must defeat".
If you want something a bit more reliable, then click into the top-ranking pages, examine them and then know "what you must defeat".
The combination of who and what is very informative.
Who and what have informed in advance of battles for thousands of years over all types of terrain.
I don't use keyword difficulty scores. I want the information above. Then, I match that against my skills and the resources required to become competitive.
Great mistakes are made when skillful people allow keyword scores to scare them away from competition and when low keyword scores lure less skillful people into battles above their abilities.

This must be a pretty common use case - is there a way you recommend I work around it?

Hey,
Thanks for contacting us!
Unfortunately there is no way to do this at the moment (Although a keyword API is on our roadmap, and we'd love to hear your feedback about it)
We have a short survey available here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YZ58JVH
I hope this helps but feel free to let me know if there's anything else I can assist with!

Problem with Keyword Explorer?
Is anyone else having an issue Keyword Explorer? I'm added keywords to lists but there are a couple of problems: The metrics are taking a long time to come through. I.e: at least 10-15 minutes When I try to export my keyword list a completely different keyword export appears When I try to refresh the explorer, my keywords are removed from the list and replaced some keywords/phrases that are completely unrelated Any insight would be appreciated 🙂

Combined Countries in Keyword Explorer
Is there a way to view "all countries" in Keyword Explorer? I like being able to segment by country, when I need to, but I don't like having to pull multiple reports to get a combined view. It's more work and it eats up the number of queries I'm allowed to make per month.

Keywords Score Meter
Hi Moz, I am using the keywords difficulty tool from your site and find it is quite useful 🙂 I research the community and find the data should be interpreted in the following way. But when I did a quick research for one keyword. The tool bar gives me a data of 22% showing in Yellow and says the keyword is competitive when I hover my mouse. Should this be **Blue **and easy to rank keyword based on the score? Which one should I believe? Sub 30 - (Blue) Low hanging fruit you can take advantage of. 30 - 35 (Green) Fairly easy with good on page and some quality anchored links. 35 - 40 - (Yellow) Will take a bit more work but still in reach may require, good on-site SEO and a solid link profile. 40 - 50 (Orange) Domain authority plays a much more pivotal role so it may take longer to rank for. 50+ (Red) All about resources. Onsite SEO needs to be totally nailed, including internal linking/ topic modelling etc. a strong & diverse link profile with good social signals and ... time. Thanks in advance. On-Page Grader is not counting H2 and H3 Keywords
I used on-page grader in one of my webpages and it showed the limit of 15 keywords used. The problem is that it counted only when the keyword appears in the Title, URL, Meta Description, H1, Body and IMG ALT. If you take into account the H2 and H3 tags, the count will go to 22. Is there a problem with the On-Page Grader Tool or it's not a problem to go above 15 keywords if they are in H2 and H3? Here's the link for the page: http://www.tororadar.com.br/acoes/bbse3-bb-seguridade/cotacoes-bovespa Keyword: BBSE3 Thanks in advance.
