High Competitive Keyword
-
I am working on a keyword which has 72 difficulty score, I have tried getting quality links with high DA, also there is no any on page issue, landing page is loading very fast and fixed all site loading issues, the keyword is stuck on 3rd page of Google and shuffling between 20 to 30 but not ranking on 1st page,
I need expert opinions on it.

You're not competitive enough. For very difficult keywords, sometimes it takes whole teams of digital professionals (SEO people, Digital PR people, creatives and devs to execute design concept of 10x content, R&I dept) to secure such keywords. Trying to solo such a thing sounds like madness to me
Your best bet is to be honest with yourself. Google the keyword and see what comes up in positions 1, 2 and 3. What do they have that you don't? For example if the keyword was "car insurance" you'd see sites like Money Supermarket, Go Compare and Confused.com at the top. If you were a single car insurance company, you might say "but my page looks so much nicer! It has better design and SEO!" - newsflash, Google isn't looking to rank the pages with the best SEO
Sites like Money Supermarket and Confused.com are bound to rank at the top. By using them, a user can compare deals from hundreds or thousands of insurance companies and brokers. Sometimes the technology is the content, and no matter what words you write or what images you use you'll never ever beat it without significant investment
If you're struggling away alone, you might have to rethink what keywords you are going for. In 2020 SEO isn't just about links and bits of writing. It's about coming up with a unique product that no one else has, which users would prefer to the current industry norms. If you can't do that, you can't win

Keyword Spy Source?
We've got a few backlinks from Keyword Spy and Keyword Spy Pro. I'm pretty sure of the answer but I'll ask it anyway. Is there any way to determine who's doing the snooping? Are there any signals to look for while clicking back through the link "crumbs" that might tell me something of interest or value?

Cannot Identify Self Cannabilizing Keyword Anchor

To prevent engines from potentially seeing a signal that this page is not the intended ranking target and creating additional competition for your page, we suggest staying away from linking internally to another page with the target keyword(s) as the exact anchor text. Note that using modified versions is sometimes fine (for example, if this page targeted the word 'elephants', using 'baby elephants' in anchor text would be just fine).

Recommendation

Unless there is intent to rank multiple pages for the target keyword, it may be wise to modify the anchor text of this link so it is not an exact match.

Why google does not show my site on my branding keyword?
Hi, I am the site owner of http://www.lankahq.net. It is a youtube video hosted website. 95% of the video contents are daily telecasting TV shows and categorized to make easy to find the specific video of the day of preferred program of the viewer. About 1 year ago suddenly disappeared my site from the google. Before happened that it was performing very well in search. Google showed my site contents within few minutes after I update in their search results when someone search for that. At the moment it does not show even some one search for "lankahq". It showing only if search for "lankahq.net", "lankahq.com" or "www.lankahq.net" something like a search keyword related to my domain name. Some other websites have added my branding keyword LankaHQ as a user of their site and they showing on top of Google. But not mine. It is much appreciated if someone can have a look on this matter. I can not find where is the problem.

Using exact keyword domains for local SEO
The website is for the attorney that serves several nearby cities. The main page is optimized for the biggest central city. I have several options how to go after the smaller surrounding cities: 1. Create optimized pages inside the main domain 2. Get more or less exact keyword domains for each city e.g. for the city ABC get yourABClawyer.com and then a) use 1 page websites that use the same template as main website and link all the menu items to the main website b)use 1 page website with a link "for more information go to our main website" c) point exact keyword domains to the optimized pages within the main domain. Which option would be the best in terms of SEO and user experience? Would people freak out if they click on the menu item and go to a different domain website even though it uses the same template (option 2a) Would I get more bounces with option 2b in your opinion? Would option 2c have any positive SEO effect? Should I not even bother with exact keyword domain and go with option 1?
