I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?

Hi there,
I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them?
Any ideas here?

Can I move analytics campaigns from one Moz Pro account to another?
Hello all, hoping someone can help - couldn't find anything on this subject in the Q&A already... I'd like to associate some existing Moz analytics campaigns with a different Moz Pro account, is this possible? I know I could just start a new analytics campaign in the different pro account, but I don't want to lose all of the data Roger has already collected on the site; I feel it would be a tragedy after all his hard work, and it wouldn't be convenient for me. Why aren't my keyword rankings updating

Duplicate Content Report: Duplicate URLs being crawled with "++" at the end
Hi, In our Moz report over the past few weeks I've noticed some duplicate URLs appearing like the following: Original (valid) URL: http://www.paperstone.co.uk/cat_553-616_Office-Pins-Clips-and-Bands.aspx?filter_colour=Green Duplicate URL: http://www.paperstone.co.uk/cat_553-616_Office-Pins-Clips-and-Bands.aspx?filter_colour=Green**++** These aren't appearing in Webmaster Tools, or in a Screaming Frog crawl of our site so I'm wondering if this is a bug with the Moz crawler? I realise that it could be resolved using a canonical reference, or performing a 301 from the duplicate to the canonical URL but I'd like to find out what's causing it and whether anyone else was experiencing the same problem.
