Are Content in Inline Javascript and Collapsible Considered Cloaking to Google?

Hi,
I would like to save space in my website and do not want my other products to be pushed down below the first fold.
In order to do that, I have decided to add content inside inline javascript or using collapsible. For collapsible, I may be using "show/hide" button or "read more" button to show the whole content.
So does content in Javascript and collapsible considered hiding from Google? If it is, then I have to think of other options. Thanks.

No, that is fine.
Cloaking is specifically showing different content to Google then you would to other users.
Honest presentations of "read more" or not openly displaying content until a trigger button is pressed would be fine. Deceptively hiding content behind a button that would normally not be discovered or pressed would be an issue.

Should I be worried about our 'Duplicate' content
Hi guys... I've just been working through some issues to give our site a little cleanup. I'm working through our duplicate content issues (we have some legitimate duplicate pages that need removing, and some of our dynamic content is problematic. Are web developers are going to sort with canonical tags this week.) However... There are some pages that are actually different products, but are very similar pages that are 'triggering' MOZ to say we have duplicate pages. Here an example... http://www.toaddiaries.co.uk/filofax-refills/filo-12-month-inserts-personal-size/fortnight-view-filofax-personal and http://www.toaddiaries.co.uk/filofax-refills/filo-12-month-inserts-personal-size/week-to-a-view-filofax-personal They are very similar refill products, it's just the diary format is different. Question: Should I be worried about this? I've never seen our rankings change in the past when 'cleaning up' duplicate content. What do you guys think? Isaac.

Duplicate Content - But it isn't!
Hi All, I have a site that releases alerts for particular problem/events/happenings. Due to legal stuff we keep the majority of the content the same on each of these event pages. The URLs are all different but it keeps coming back as duplicate content. Navigation menu and cloaking
Hi, I'm building a tabbed navigation menu in which lots of sub-menu items are hidden with css until I mouse over a top level item. Is there any way this could be considered cloaking by google? Cheers

Google Index Report
Hi, I have just checked my google webmaster tools account and viewed the index status of my website and it produced the attached graph, which show quite a big spike in indexing during July and August 2012. Does this look normal or does it reveal anything peculiar? We did have a new website launched in June 2012 and I re-submitted the sites URL's to google as part of the re-launch and so I am unsure if this may account for the spike. Any advice appreciated. Geo-targeted content and SEO?
I am wondering, what effect does geo-targeted "cookie cutter" content have on SEO. For example, one might have a list of "Top US Comedians", which appears as "Top UK Comedians" for users from the United Kingdom. The data would be populated with information from a database in both cases, but would be completely different for each region, with the exception of a few words. Is this essentially giving Google's (US-based) crawler different content to users? I know that plenty of sites do it, but is it legitimate? Would it be better to redirect to a unique page, based on location, rather than change the content of one static page? I know what the logical SEO answer is here, but even some of the big players use the "wrong" tactic. I am very interested to hear your thoughts.

Streaming Google Places Reviews
Google no longer lets users pull an iframe of places reviews. I can't find a plugin for wordpress that will do this either. Any suggestions on how to show Google places reviews on your website? Or... should we blow it off and just go with yelp / City Search reviews?

Google and display:none
Hi Guys, i want to know what you think about solution which i have to switch content in tab on my page. Here: http://www.exprestlac.sk/beta/produkt/vizitky i have some important content in tabs, which are switching via javascript. So when you click there on O produkte next to Ceny it will show you product description. My problem is that in source code when page is loaded i have this: Product description.. And after user click on O produkte javascript remove that display:none and show content. But Google will see only display:none as i think. Can i get penalty from Google? Will it index this text? Thanks for your suggestions how to resolve this.
