There could be several reasons why Moz (or any other search engine or tool) might not be indexing links from a specific date. Some possibilities include:
-
Technical Issues: There may be technical issues on Moz's end preventing the indexing of links. This could include server problems, updates to their indexing system, or other technical glitches.
-
Algorithm Changes: Moz may have made changes to their indexing algorithms or processes, affecting how and when links are indexed.
-
Policy Changes: Moz may have implemented new policies or guidelines regarding which links are indexed and how frequently they are updated.
-
Data Sources: Moz relies on various data sources to index links, and changes in these sources' accessibility or reliability could impact Moz's indexing capabilities.
-
Data Processing Delays: Sometimes there are delays in processing new data, which could result in links not being indexed as quickly as expected.
This is my site and and there is no issue
If you're experiencing issues with links not being indexed by Moz, it's a good idea to reach out to their support team or check their official announcements for any information about ongoing issues or updates. Additionally, ensuring that your website follows best practices for SEO and link-building can help improve the likelihood of your links being indexed by Moz and other search engines.

It can take a few weeks for Googlebot, or other SEO tools to notice new links. We seen this with our Bristol summerhouse business, it took over a week, for new links to get indexed.

Hello!
We do not have an ETA of when links will be added to the Link Index. After being found, newly discovered links have the ability to be populated into our index in about 3 days. However, there are a lot of factors which can affect our ability to find and index links to your site. It's important to note that we are always adding new data to our index, but it may take some time for us to discover backlinks to your site based on factors like crawlability of the referring pages, quality of the links and the referring pages, and more.
If you are not seeing links that you know you have, you may want to make sure that they can be indexed. It is also a good idea to check to see if we've indexed the page on which that link is found. If we haven't indexed the referring page yet, you won't see your link in our index.
Lastly, I have a great guide here with some things to check around why we may not have found your links yet: https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/moz-isnt-finding-your-links

Unsolved learning about links...
Hello! I'm wanting to gain some insight about backlinks, and wondering why a client's digital ads don't count towards our external link count. We don't see the domain listed in the Linking Domains and were just curious. Any information would be appreciated as we're always trying to learn! Thanks!

Internal Equity-Passing Links not getting crawled in Moz Open Site Explorer?
Internal Equity-Passing Links not getting crawled in Moz Open Site Explorer. What is the cause of this? We've checked the robots.txt and htaccess file, but so far we can't find anything that would be blocking Moz from crawling the internal links. We manage loads of other clients on this platform and this is the first time we've run into this issue. What else can I check?

Fastest way to get new backlinks recognised by Moz?
Hi all, I have seen a few discussions / advice pieces around this, but wondered what the current view is on the fastest way to get new backlinks recognised by Moz? I have seen people say that the content needs to be shared (e.g. on Twitter), and advice around creating Bitly links. I am not convinced that these techniques are working. On a related note, my website is very large. I have around 2.5m pages. Most of these pages are 3-4 clicks from the home page, but I have a small amount of important content much higher up in the site (1-2 clicks from the home page). Does Moz crawl pages nearer the home page more frequently, or does it make a pass of all pages on the site before it starts at the beginning again? If it makes a complete pass of all pages, then presumably making my site smaller will help to get Moz to see new content more quickly? Is there any other value to be gained in making a large site smaller? Many thanks in advance, Neil.

Is this site linking to us?
Hi, Moz OSE does not recognize this site as linking to our site, but I feel like it has to be. Here is the code and the link to the site: http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/34655-fl-stacy-kemp-1843513.html#contact [https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/](<a class=)" target="_blank">https://kemprugegreen.com/location/tampa/tampa-car-auto-accident-attorney/ So are they linking to us? If so, how come OSE cant find it? It lists it for our competitors. Thanks, Ruben

Moz Spam Score
Hi! The spam score for my sites is "--" with no graph. The sites are large ecommerce sites with a ton of branded search and DAs of 50+. Simple question - are these clean spam scores, or has Moz not calculated the scores yet?
