-
Respected members, my question is that if I Wanna run a website that provide service like olansi do, But i need to know the On -page effect like How Can I make a plan to secure my position against my Service based competitor site?
-
Securing a strong position against your service-based competitor websites requires careful planning and implementation of various on-page optimization strategies. Here are some key factors to consider:
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume search terms related to your services. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to discover popular keywords that your target audience is likely to use. Incorporate these keywords strategically into your website's content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
High-Quality Content: Create informative, engaging, and unique content that provides value to your visitors. Ensure that your content is well-structured, easy to read, and relevant to the services you offer. Use your targeted keywords naturally within the content while maintaining readability. Regularly update and add fresh content to keep your website dynamic and appealing.
Page Titles and Meta Tags: Optimize your page titles and meta descriptions to accurately reflect the content on each page. Craft compelling and concise titles that incorporate relevant keywords and encourage users to click through to your website from search engine results pages (SERPs). Meta descriptions should provide a brief summary of the page's content and entice users to visit your site.
URL Structure: Create clean and descriptive URLs that incorporate relevant keywords whenever possible. Use hyphens to separate words and ensure that URLs accurately represent the page's content. Avoid lengthy and complex URLs that are difficult for users and search engines to understand.
Header Tags: Utilize header tags (H1, H2, H3, etc.) to structure your content and make it more scannable for users and search engines. Include your primary keywords in the appropriate header tags to signal the importance of those keywords to search engines.
Internal Linking: Implement a strategic internal linking structure to connect related pages within your website. Internal links help search engines understand the hierarchy and relationships between your pages, while also providing users with a seamless navigation experience. Include keyword-rich anchor text for your internal links when appropriate.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure that your website is fully optimized for mobile devices. With the increasing use of smartphones and tablets, it's crucial to provide a responsive and mobile-friendly experience to your users. Test your website on different devices and screen sizes, and optimize page load times for mobile users.
Page Speed: Optimize your website's loading speed to improve user experience and search engine rankings. Compress images, minify code, and utilize caching techniques to reduce page load times. Google's PageSpeed Insights tool can provide recommendations for improving your site's speed.
User Experience (UX): Prioritize user experience by designing an intuitive and user-friendly website. Make sure your site is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and accessible across different browsers and devices. Improve site architecture, implement clear call-to-action buttons, and provide relevant and helpful information to enhance the overall user experience.
Schema Markup: Implement schema markup (structured data) on your website to provide search engines with additional information about your business and services. Schema markup can enhance your SERP appearance by displaying rich snippets, such as star ratings, reviews, and product details, which can increase click-through rates.

Static content pages ranking dropping all the time
Hello all. I have been working three months in my current job in the hotel industry. I have been publishing a lot of content to our website (mainly articles), which in general have been ranking well and really boosted our website traffic. The problem that I am facing, though, is the fact that our static pages' rankings are basically constantly dropping. Especially one of our main pages, which is this hotel page. I haven't been doing any real changes to the content, but the ranking (with keywords "hotelli helsinki" [Hotel in Helsinki in Finnish]) has plummeted from 13th position all the way down to 19th... What has been happening during these last three months is that we did change to a new domain and we have done all the redirections and also informed Google about this change through search console. I have also done some minor changes to the on-page content, such as changing the meta titles and descriptions as well as the page title and some of the text content to more natural ones instead of clumsy SEO texts and optimizing the images. This hasn't helped at all though and the rankings seem to steadily drop all the time. What would YOU do with this page? Maybe add more text content to the page to be more informative? All tips would be highly appreciated.

Should my home page be ranking for services provided?
Hello, Should I be tracking and trying to rank my home page for the services we provide? For example, I have separate pages for services that I will be ranking for, but should I also be adding those same service keywords to my tracking list for homepage? Or just merely mention that we have those services on the homepage and leave the attempted ranking of those for their service page? I hope that is clear... Thanks in advance

Redirect closing established site to another established site.
We have 2 ecommerce websites with duplicate product/category content that have been around for years. "Site A" since 2004 and "Site B" since 2011. "Site B" doesn't generate many sells and we want to close the site in fear that it may look spammy to google and since we don't want to upkeep the site. Couple questions:
On-Page Optimization | | Tuurbo
1. Is it possible that "Site B" has damaged "Site A" with google since they are so similar?
2. Can i 301 redirect all of "Site B" to "Site A" without hurting "Site A"?
3. If question 2 is ok, should i use the "Change of Address" tool in google webmaster tools to point "Site B" to "Site A"? Thanks!0 -
Please review page for on page SEO
I'm working on an adult dating site review blog and am hoping to build links to the category pages. It's a wordpress blog so the posts are categorised by topics. However can you tell me if there is enough content on the page for google to identify what the page is about? The problem is that the content of each category pages is pulled from the posts. What I think is needed is some static text on the page 2-300 words that use the keyword. Here's an example of a page targeting the keywords 'online dating'. http://www.top-10-dating-reviews.com/category/online-dating/

What is the best way to manage industry required duplicate Important Safety Information (ISI) content on every page of a site?
Hello SEOmozzer! I have recently joined a large pharmaceutical marketing company as our head SEO guru, and I've encountered a duplicate content related issue here that I'd like some help on. Because there is so much red tape in the pharmaceutical industry, there are A LOT of limitations on website content, medication and drug claims, etc. Because of this, it is required to have Important Safety Information (ISI) clearly stated on every page of the client's website (including the homepage). The information is generally pretty lengthy, and in some cases is longer than the non-ISI content on each page. Here is an example: http://www.xifaxan.com/ All content under the ISI header is required on each page. My questions are: How will this duplicated content on each page affect our on-page optimization scores in the eyes of search engines? Is Google seeing this simply as duplicated content on every page, or are they "smart" enough to understand that because it is a drug website, this is industry standard (and required)? Aside from creating more meaty, non-ISI content for the site, are there any other suggestions you have for handling this potentially harmful SEO situation? And in case you were going to suggest it, we cannot simply have an image of the content, as it may not be visible by all internet users. We've already looked into that 😉 Thanks in advance! Dylan
