I use Moz Local to sync my Endocrinology medical clinic website to search engines and directories and it has helped me a lot. However, I want to start a blog that deep dives into Endocrine based issues like diseases and conditions. The issue is I am not sure if I should just add the blog to my Endocrinology Medical Clinic website or Start the blog off on a completely new domain because one day I might want to sell my Endocrinology Medical Clinic but keep my Endocrine based blog. What do you suggest? Also do any of your services help submit blogs without a physical address to search engines and directories like Moz Local?

If you decide to build your blog on the website of your medical practice website, it could significantly help with the breadth of your medical practice's rankings at present. If this is your primary goal, then this is the way to go. However, if you feel the sale of your practice is a sure thing in the near future, and your larger goal is to make plans for that future day, I'd advocate building the blog separately and beginning to work on its branding in advance of the day you sell the practice. Moz Local can help you microblog via Google Posts and Facebook posts, but does not currently distribute full blog posts to a network. Good luck to you!
