Unsolved Overview for New Users
-
Hello,
I'm looking for an overview for how to use some of the MOZ features for teammates that are unfamiliar with the full ins and outs of SEO. Or perhaps a list of tips to share out with them? Is there any sort of webinar or tips that you have available or perhaps a training they could attend?
Thanks!

@Athene Hi Molly! Thank you so much for the great question! I have a few resources to share with you.
First, we have some great resources for getting started (including a webinar and the option for a kickoff call) here.
Additionally, we offer a few courses in Moz Academy which may be helpful. How to Use Moz Pro goes through each part of the Moz Pro tools including metrics and terminology used throughout the tools. This free course describes how to use Moz tools in short, easy to follow videos. The Insider's Guide to Moz Pro helps learners understand how to implement an SEO strategy with the Moz Pro tools.
We also have the Moz Help Hub which has guides for each part of the tools along with videos, workflows, and troubleshooting guides. The Moz Pro Checklist offers tips and tricks to help you get started, as well.
I hope these resources help!
Meghan

When setting up a new campaign for a client should I add keywords
I'm new to Moz and SEO. When setting up a new campaign there are some keywords pre-filled. Sometimes there are a lot. Sometimes they are very client-specific rather than for the sector or for a search. Sometimes there are very few poor quality keywords. Should I research keywords so that there are as many as possible relevant keywords when first setting up the campaign or leave it as it is and add keywords later?

What do Pro Subscribers Get that Free Users Don't?
I've been playing with my new account here on Moz, and I'm trying to figure out what Pro subscribers get that Free users don't get. Is there a page somewhere that lists the differences? I Googled, but couldn't find one.

Setting up a new campaign stalling on last page
I went through all the steps to set up a new campaign, and am on the last page, where I list competitors. When I click finish, however, the site spins for a few seconds, then does not proceed. I even checked the URLs. Is there a problem with the site right now? I am assuming the social links are optional because they are greyed out, and I am not getting any error messages after I click finish, just nothing. Help!

Setting up a new campaign after deactivating an old one
I set up a new campaign and had to go back to deactivate an existing one before I could activate it. Now I cant find the new one I set up, and when I try to re-input the info to set up the campaign it says that I cant because it already exists. Where do I find the campaign I already set up but couldn't activate??
