Can you transcribe your youtube video to just google?
-
YouTube videos have been very effective for us on our site. The only problem is they have taken part of a fair amount of our content so to google our pages may seem to have minimal content.
Transcribing each video and including that on the page would take away from the look of the page and clutter it. Is there a way to let google know the content without having to include it on the page?
You can find an example page at https://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/halii-kai-rentals/

If you want to provide Google with information about the content of your videos without cluttering your web pages, you can use structured data markup. Structured data is a standardized format that helps search engines understand the content and context of your web pages. By including structured data related to your videos, you can provide additional information to Google without displaying it directly on the page.
To achieve this, you can use schema.org markup specifically designed for videos. Here's a general outline of the steps you can take:
Identify the relevant structured data properties: Review the schema.org documentation for video markup to understand the properties available for describing your videos. This can include information like the video title, description, duration, thumbnail URL, and more.
Implement the structured data markup: Add the appropriate structured data markup to the HTML source code of your web pages. You can include this markup within the <script> tags or in a separate JSON-LD script.
Test and validate the markup: Use Google's Structured Data Testing Tool or the Rich Results Test to ensure that the structured data is correctly implemented and recognized by Google. These tools will also help you identify any errors or warnings that need to be addressed.
Submit your sitemap to Google: If you haven't already, create an XML sitemap for your website and submit it to Google Search Console. This will help Google discover and crawl your web pages more efficiently.

When do Panda ranking factors apply when Google deindexes a page
Here is 2 scenarios Scenario 1 Lets say I have a site with a ton of pages (100,000+) that all have off site duplicate content. And lets say that those pages do not contain any rel="noindex" tags on them. Google then decides to de-index all those pages because of the duplicate content issue and slaps me with a Panda penalty. Since all those pages are no longer indexed by Google does the Panda Penalty still apply even though all those pages have been deindexed? Scenario 2 I add a rel="noindex" to all those 100,000+ off site duplicate content pages. Since Google sees that I have decided to not index them does the Panda penalty come off? What I am getting at is that I have realized that I have a ton of pages with off site duplicate content, even though those pages are already not indexed by Google does me by simply adding the rel="noindex" tag to them tell Google that I am trying to get rid of duplicate content and they lift the Panda penalty? The pages are useful to my users so I need them to stay. Since in both scenarios the pages are not indexed anyways, will Google acknowledge the difference in that I am removing them myself and lift the panda ban? Hope this makes sense

Google images hits distorting my results. What to do.
Hit from google images seem to be distroting my results. I sell airport taxis so want rid of any hots that came through google images as there no buying intent Aanlytics shows (when i click in) Traffic Sources > Search Engine Optimisation > Quires 250 clicks All of which came from quires related to generic taxi terms which I do (unfortunately) rank for in search. I imagine these generated because I have a taxi cab image in page one of google images. So when people search for a picture of a taxi they click mine. However in SEO MOZ the traffic data tab shows: google = 219 clicks images.google = 3 clicks This should be the other way round shouldn't it?

Meta Description not displaying in Google
Hi Mozzers, I have a client that wants to change the way the meta description for some of his pages is being displayed. I've tried using the NOOPD and NOYDIR tags and its not worked. This isn't the client but perform this search in Google.ie - "accommodation newry daft" you get this result - http://www.google.ie/#hl=en&sclient=psy-ab&q=accommodation+newry+daft&pbx=1&oq=accommodation+newry+daft&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=11197l11712l2l12016l5l5l0l0l0l0l186l851l0.5l5l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=f5c640577bb5a285&biw=1600&bih=775 See how Daft.com (2nd results down) has the text "10+ items" in the description- my client has this as well as do many other competitors but its not present in the meta description tag. Anyone know how to get rid of this and get the good old meta descrition in the SERPs? Thanks BUsh
