Unsolved Recovery of campaigns

Due to the holidays I forgot to update my credit card information after my credit card had expired. I just updated my payment details but now all my history and campaigns have disappeared. How can I recover these?

First Campaign: No email when each step is completed?
I joined SEOMoz 6 days ago and set up my first campaign straight away. On my Campaign Overview, it says: "Here's what you can expect over the coming days (we'll send you an email when each step is completed". But I've not received an email saying that any of the steps are completed, so I haven't really used any of the tools yet as I wanted to wait until I had something to work with 🙂 Since it's almost been 7 days (will be 7 tomorrow), do I assume that most if not all of the stages have now been completed and I can get started? Campaign. Only 1 page is crawled
I have a campaign setup a couple weeks ago and noticed that only 1 page has been crawled. Is there something I need to do to get all pages crawled?

Why can't I change the domain being tracked in my campaign?
Apologies if this has already been answered a million times and/or if I'm posting this in the wrong place... I did look, but couldn't find the answer anywhere... I just realized that all this time I have been tracking www.mydomain.com in my campaign for a long time now, while I should probably have been tracking *.mydomain.com. I wanted to change this, but it looks like I can't. If I have to set up a whole new campaign, with all of the same keywords, competitive sites to track, etc., that will take forever. Why can't I just change it so that my campaign starts tracking *.mydomain.com instead of www.mydomain.com from now on? Thank you!

Do I have to set up new SEOmoz campaigns after URL switch?
We switched hundreds of pages on our website from dynamic to static URLs (and optimized the static URLs for keywords), and did 301 redirects to the new URLs. Also submitted a new sitemap to Google. This was about a week ago. For my existing SEOmoz campaigns that have crawled since then, it looks like SEOmoz is still looking at all of the old dynamic URLs. Do I have to set up new campaigns with the same keywords in order to get SEOmoz to look at the new URLs, or will the SEOmoz crawlers figure it out over time? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help!

Started my first campaign - keyword rankings do not match
Hello, I started my first campaign on SEOmoz and my keword position do not match the results I receive by using google search or by using another SEO program. For example - Ingersoll Watches should be on position 6 on google.com - SEOmoz shows me Ingersoll Watches is on 16. Why does SEOmoz show different results? Thank you for your attention!
