If a local Moz listing is absent on a map for a 7-year-old business like Sockgeeks. co. uk, there could be several reasons for this issue:
Inaccurate or Incomplete Information: Check if the business information provided to Moz Local is accurate and up-to-date. Any discrepancies in the name, address, phone number (NAP), or other details could result in the business not appearing correctly on maps.
Duplicate Listings: Duplicate or inconsistent listings across various platforms can confuse search engines and affect a business's visibility on maps. Ensure there are no duplicate listings for Sockgeeks. co. uk and that the information is consistent across all platforms.
Incorrect Category Selection: Verify if the business is listed under the correct category on Moz Local. Choosing the most relevant category helps improve visibility for users searching for related services.
Incomplete Profile Optimization: Fully optimize the business profile on Moz Local by providing detailed descriptions, relevant keywords, and high-quality images. A well-optimized profile increases the chances of appearing on maps.
NAP Consistency: Consistency in the Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) across all online platforms, including Moz Local, is crucial for local SEO. Ensure that the NAP information matches exactly across all listings.
Google My Business Verification: If Sockgeeks. co. uk hasn't claimed or verified its Google My Business listing, it may not appear accurately on Google Maps. Verify the listing and ensure that all details are accurate.
Review and Ratings: Positive reviews and ratings play a significant role in local search visibility. Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, and others.
Local SEO Citations: Increase the business's visibility by acquiring citations from authoritative local directories relevant to the business's industry and location.
Location-Specific Content: Create location-specific content on the website to improve local relevance and authority.
If the issue persists, reaching out to Moz's support team for personalized assistance or consulting with a local SEO expert may provide further insights and solutions.

Unsolved Multiple Locations for One Client on Moz Local
Hello, I have a client that I want to do local SEO for. They have two locations, both cities in Tennessee. To do this, would I just start two separate locations in Moz Local? Or would that cause a problem, making them look like separate "entities" in directories?

Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

Jupiter, FL 33469 561.935.6418 https://www.brightvessel.com/contact-2/ "One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook. As a result we're pausing further updates. However, information distributed so far will be unaffected for the duration of your subscription." I checked both my accounts and saw the only discrepancy was the suite # was missing on Facebook. I added but I am not sure what else I need to do. Can someone help? Thanks, Judd1 -
Q: At what point in time should I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ Local in the process of cleaning up NAP in the directory ecosystem?
1- Can I submit a "corrected" NAP to Moz Local and trust that all the incorrect info in the entire directory ecosystem will get corrected? If the answer is yes, how long would this take? 2- Should I change the incorrect NAP listings in the "other" directories that MOZ doesn't have an agreement with, before I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ.? Thanks for the info:-)

How can I add the county (I'm in the UK) to my Facebook page
I am trying to setup a Moz Local campaign but I am unable to change the county (I am in the UK). In the Moz report, my 'state' is listed as 'Cnwll', but it should be 'Cornwall'. My Google + page has the correct information and is verified. My Facebook page has the correct information, apart from the fact that I can't add add a county. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could go from here? Thanks.
