One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook
-
Hello,
Here is my business info:
Bright Vessel
18487 SE Federal Hwy #5
Jupiter, FL 33469561.935.6418

"One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook. As a result we're pausing further updates. However, information distributed so far will be unaffected for the duration of your subscription."
I checked both my accounts and saw the only discrepancy was the suite # was missing on Facebook. I added but I am not sure what else I need to do.
Can someone help?
Thanks,
Judd

Hi Jackson! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your paused listings this morning. I'm afraid we experienced an issue with our connection to Google which has already been resolved and our engineers are in the process of un-pausing all affected listings. Paused listings have no impact on what we have already distributed to our data partners. When this situation occurs under normal circumstances (deleted Google page, street address hidden), this would only prevent you from making new changes or updates.
I had a chance to peek into your account and was able to verify that your listing is active again.
I apologize for any inconvenience. As always, you can reach out to our team directly if any issues of this nature pop up again in the future by sending a note to help@moz.com.
Sorry again for the trouble on this one - I hope you have a great day!

yea, but why today? This happened all at once....

This usually happen when you have more than one register business at the same place. Google and many other local business listing sites along with Facebook consider them to unauthorised entries. This is mostly happen with businesses using service offices.
If Google find two or more businesses with one link address, Google disable almost all of those even you have been a verfied user. To get back to track you need to add full complete address including suit or office number along with main address.
This will brng you back to your local listing back to normal.
Just to let you know, this has happen with us as well. So thats why i am so sure about it.
I hope this will help.

Unsolved How do you use placeholders in Moz Local Descriptions?
I noticed you can use placeholders in your business descriptions in MOZ Local such as |city|, |name|, etc. How do you effectively use these and how do they work on the directories? Thanks!

Business not being found via Moz Local on Facebook
Hello! My place of business, Widewail in Burlington, VT, is not being scanned by Moz Local, even though we have an active Facebook business page with our Name, Address, and Phone number listed (URL, too). Is there something I need to check on our end to make sure we are crawlable by yall? Thank you, Andrea, www.widewail.com

Does Moz Local update/correct business listings?
Moz Local distributes your business listing to the important data providers, but what if your business information is already in their database? Does Moz Local update this info for me, or am I still required to go through the manual process of doing this myself on the data providers website (for example, Yelp or Hotfrog)?

How to add alternate addresses in Moz Local duplicate section
As someone that recently moved from an agency to a position in-house, I am appalled at the lack of support and resources for users of Moz Local that are NOT connected to an agency partner. Without a public phone number, a support rep, and nobody manning the chat... how are we supposed to get answers for the service that we paid good money for? I would like to know how to add an alternate address to the duplicate are of our listing account. We have an old address that appears everywhere but is not showing in the duplicate listing report and I'm not sure how to add it. Any help would be appreciated. A public phone number and/or tech support rep would be even better! Bryan Mull

Moz Local showing wrong Acxiom Listing
Hey there -- The Acxiom listing that is showing up for a client in Moz Local isn't the clients business. It's showing a different law office. The only overlapping data is the city, state and zip code. For reference, the client has claimed their Acxiom business listing. Anything I can do to fix this? I can't even click on the listing from Moz.

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers
Hi,
Moz Local | | rufo
I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

If I have a moz pro account is moz local free?
I just found out that getlisted.org is gone and they want to charge $49/listing. I want to find out if moz local is part of the moz pro account and if I don't have to pay the extra $49/listing.
