Backlink from different niche

Hi, i have a question.
For example, we have a website domain.IT / italy. in italian language.
But, we are contracted to do link building, to down it in italy, its not easy for us, but we have down 70% from backlinks from english websites, and 30% from italy websites in italian language.
Is this any danger from google, to hire any penalty, or it's not danger but only pass link juice less!
btw, i see lot of brands in italy, they have mroe than 70% of backlinks from non-italian websites.
the backlinks from english websites, are editorial, press release, blogposts, best of the web directory, etc.. from maybe mroe than 80% of backlinks are frmo strong english domains.
danger, or not?
tell me your answer if have experience on this please.

More Italian Backlinks will help ranking in Google.it for both Brand and other keywords. The difficulty is finding suitable link sources I would imagine. But if you can find high quality Italian backlink sources then that must be favourable.

Yes but our goal is to rank on google.it higher than in english, we cannot rank on english version of google because our content is in italian language, and backlinks are from english articles/sources.
We like to deal to rank for a brand name, not for keyword, to protect it for the future from any bad result.
From my last report, the new domain in italin, i have down SEO for one year, now this domain have a google PR5, PA:58 and DA:51 and mR and mT5.x
do you think to earn more italian backlinks to rank higher for a brand name, or to earn more strong english domains? thanks

No not dangerous. Links from English sites will contribute to the sites link profile and pass link juice, but links from Italian websites will pass more due to their relevancy. It is also likely that link juice from Italian sites will contribute more to higher rankings in Italian versions of search engines particularly ones with good Page/Domain authority.
But, there are so many English websites that can be used to gain links, it is not surprising that 70% backlinks of an Italian site are from English sites.

Spammy backlinks
I am very new to this site and need some help. I have two spammy backlinks in my report that were done by my host provider as I hired them for SEO. When I click on the web site there is no where to contact them. I can only subscribe to their group and I sure don't want to do that. Is having two ranking as an 8+ awful. I don't know if I should do the Disavow route or not.

Backlinking unclarities.
Hello, I'm trying to get external links from different websites. http://www.meubels.uwpagina.nl/ is one of them. Now what I am wondering is that 95% of the links on that page arent paid links. The paid links are in bold. To get a link for free on that website you need to place a link on your page to that page. This is not alloud by google, and if you do so you will get a penalty. How do all those websites manage to do it? They obviously know it is not alloud, but still they managed somehow to do this without getting penalized. Can someone clarify this for me? What is the best site to get backlinks ? Not for free, i mean a paid premium services . I think i need backlinks for the authority of my sites. My sites are indexed, but when i search for different keywords on google, i find them on page 5-7 . I need to see them on page 1-2 . But my site's authority is : 1 .

Hi Mozzers, I have a small question. If my website niche is Rent a Car, and lot of friends, people around the world, have restaurant, for example friend of me was a CHEF of restaurant for about 15years, and now he started working with Cars, how is danger if he receive backlinks from the restaurant websites?
