At this tim, our On Page Grader is not able to recognize https secure sites. This is the reason for the error you are seeing. Because the http site you are trying to enter actually redirects to this https site, our On Page Grader will still recognize this as an https site. We do hope to add this functionality in the future. I am truly Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Hello and thanks for letting us know! This is Abe on the Help team at Moz. I know we have a huge update pending with Firefox but I want to make sure we aren't missing something. I am testing out the Chrome and Firefox versions of MozBar and have found DA in both. What version of which mozBar do you happen to be using? Hello and great question! If you are ever missing pages from your crawl, you can always email help@moz.com with the name of the campaign and a couple examples of missing pages. We can usually diagnose this issue pretty quickly. In a lot of cases, this could be due to the way some domains are forwarded or redirected. I encourage you to email us the issue with a few examples so that the Help Team, including myself, can dig in and figure out whats going on. Sorry for the delay, I hope we can help get to the bottom of your crawl issues.

Hello Vince, thank you for reaching out to us! This seems quite odd, our crawler usually obeys all robots.txt files. Let's try this. Add this code to your robots.txt:
Useragent: Rogerbot
Disallow: /
This should specifically instruct us to follow these rules. Once you have tried this, if it does not work, please send an email to help@moz.com and we will have our engineers dig in a bit further. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope the above fix works for you.

Hello Neil! Thanks for reaching out to us. Right now our API does not have the ability to pull historical data. The post you mentioned that Pro members could access historical data, meaning they can use the Moz Pro tools to view historical data, not necessarily the API. We apologize for the confusion. The good news is that we are hoping to add this functionality to our API in the near future. The ability to pull historical data with the API is absolutely in the works. While we do not have an ETA, you can absolutely expect this soon. Sorry for the confusing verbiage in this post. I will make sure that we adjust this to better reflect our current functionality.

If you can email us at help@seomoz.org with a couple examples of pages you are missing from your crawls, we would love to create a support ticket and dig in a bit further.

It appears as if those sites have not been indexed yet by Open Site Explorer, meaning we have not captured that sites information yet or they could be blocking us from finding them. This would be why you are seeing "no data".
We try to capture as much information as possible with every update but there are absolutely sites we have not pulled in yet. With our next update, you have a chance of this information updating. With AJAX content like this, I know Google's Full Specifications https://developers.google.com/webmasters/ajax-crawling/docs/specification indicate that the #! and ?escaped_fragment= technique works for their crawlers. However, Roger is a bit picky and isn't robust enough yet to use only the sitemap as the reference in this case. Luckily, one of our wonderful users came up with a solution using pushState() method. This should help SEOmoz crawler read AJAX content. Let me know if this information works for you!

Thanks for the heads up. I have seen this happen a few times in the past when the account was temporarily suspended because of payment method changes. Our engineers can likely update this for you in the back end. The best step would be to create a ticket with our help team by emailing this issue to help@seomoz.org. Ask for Abe in the subject line and include the login email and campaign name in the content window. I'll have them take a look at this as soon as possible 
That is a great question! We do not display or have a way to display location based info, only universal organic results. We do, however, hope to add this functionality in the near future.

If you simply click continue past that message you can usually get a crawl, regardless. Sorry for the hassle, this would be a Facebook authorization issue. If you check your privacy settings you may be able to fix this pretty quickly. I've heard a few members that had this issue and it went away on its own. If you can check the Facebook Settings for authorizing SEOmoz in your privacy settings and this still isn't working, please submit this issue to help@seomoz.org so that i can notify our engineers. Again, thanks for the heads up, I do hope that this is easy to fix.

Thanks for reaching out to us! That is a great question. To remove an On-page Report from the Summary page, all you need to do is click on the report name from the Summary page. From that Report Card page, click on the "Stop Running Weekly" button (you can see this here: http://www.screencast.com/t/apws6fGjkexN).
This is the best way to remove an On-Page report- I hope this helps!

Hello Scott! That is a great question. To add the Facebook account, you need to be an admin on the FB account and you have to have 2 or more likes. If it is still not letting you add your Facebook profile, please message us at help@seomoz.org and we can investigate this further to make sure there isn't anything blocking you on our end.

Happy Monday! This is Abe from the SEOmoz Help Team. While there are several ways to copy and paste the keywords over, I will give you my recommendation.
1- Open the keyword rankings page with all of your keywords that you would like to copy.
2-Click on Add/Manage keywords button
3-Drag over all of them and right click->copy
4- Paste the keywords stacked on top of each other in an excel sheet (repeat for each page of keywords)
5- Copy the entire column in excel with every keyword
6- Open new campaign that you want these keywords in
7-Go to Rankings and then Click Add/Manage Keywords button
8-Paste the keywords all at once into the Add Keywords to Your Campaign box

Our crawler will not be able to get past an age verification page. You will need to find or unlock a subfolder or subdomain to bypass this if you would like our crawlers to be able to get through. Luckily, Google's crawlers are a bit more thorough a will be able to index your site properly. We are hoping to add this ability soon and I hope you can find a way for us to get through in the meantime.

Usually Roger fetches your traffic data with puppy-like enthusiasm, however sometimes there might be a delay between us and Google, so one way to alleviate that is to refresh that connection:

Hello, Abe here with SEOmoz Help Team. I definitely understand the concern here, we are doing our best to catch up on the delayed Rankings. A small portion of our members were effected by this delay and we are doing everything we can to make sure this doesn't take place again (including physically adding faster servers). All rankings have been requeued and should be populating soon.

This is correct, Social Media metrics and links are not included in that number you are seeing in the SERP overlay.

If you set things up in this fashion, then this information would be obtainable moving forward:
-Go to the Reports tab and create customized monthly and weekly reports. Moving forward, SEOmoz will email and store these reports for you weekly or monthly based on your preference. You can return to the reports section and review these at any time.
-Also, make sure you have Google Analytics properly set up. Google Analytics has very valuable information like this that you can compare to previous versions of the reports.

It looks like your current set up is smart- the domain authority wont change regardless of www since that is a subdomain. Also, the rel canonical redirection strategy would not be as effective as a 301 redirect in most cases.

Great question. Yes, you can in fact delete keywords in bulk. Go to Rankings-> Manage Keywords-> Check Mark every keyword you would like to delete and click "Delete Keywords".

Although our carefully planned algorithm for our On Page Reports have not changed, we do try to keep up with the times and make adjustments as Google changes the way they prioritize their Rankings. To answer your question, the results change often for Keyword Difficulty because the algorithm is based on the other sites in the top results that the keyword is competing with. For example, a site other than your site goes down in rankings or Domain Authority, the Keyword Difficulty percentage would change because of this. There are several factors involved in the algorithm we use, but I find this the easiest way to explain it. Does this help?
Hello, Abe here on the SEOmoz Help Team. I had to do some detective work with this exact same issue a month ago and came up with a crazy solution. I hope this works in your case. If the issue is not cache and cookies, check the calendar on your computer and make sure the time and date for your location are accurate. If the date is set ahead at all from the time zone of your IP address, OSE can return a redirect loop (I think gmail is affected by this too). Please test this out, confirm the accuracy of the date, and let me know if you are still getting the redirect loop message.

However, you need not fret in this case because Local Result #1 is still very very valuable for your web site.
