RE: Does SeoMoz realize about duplicated url blocked in robot.txt?
Hello Franky,
Yes, our crawler obeys robots.txt files. If you recently made that change to your robots then it should reflect in your next crawl. If this error doesn't go away, feel free to let us know help@seomoz.org. Thanks for letting us know!

RE: Why Rank Tracker don't work for 2 days?
Hello Aleksandar,
I am so sorry that you are running into some issues with our web tools. Rankings, Rank Tracker and our Keyword Difficulty tool all ran into these unexpected outage issues. Unfortunately, Google has changed the way that they present rankings information, so we have had to make some changes to our collection in order to keep up with these changes, I'm afraid that this has caused some issues with providing the real time data for our Rankings and the Keyword Difficulty tool is also currently unresponsive. Our engineers are working tirelessly through this holiday weekend to fix this for you. At this time, unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for when that tool will be up and running again. I thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue and I will update you when I have any further information for you. I am hoping for an ETA soon.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I assure you that this is our Top Priority.
Best,

RE: Question about SEOMoz Pro and Root Domain vs. Subdomain tracking
Hello Dana,
These are all great questions! It does in fact look like your particular campaign is set up to track the root domain. Since your web address redirects to the subdomain version with the www, it would be best practice to set your campaign up under the subdomain settings and leave the competitors the way they are. Yes, this will mean setting up a new campaign unfortunately.
Luckily, you can copy and paste your keywords into an excel document stacked on top of one another and copy and paste them all in to your Manage Keywords section, saving tons of time. This whole process will definitely be worth it and you will start pulling the correct data. Sorry for any inconveniences. Please let me know if you need anything else!

RE: Twitter Counter Not Counting ?
Oleg could be correct. Also, the twitter counts towards likes for the specific page (In this case, just the homepage) instead of the entire website. More information on the specific site would be useful. If you don't wish to publicly share this information, you can email help@seomoz.org and we'd be happy to answer once we have the detailed information.

RE: Question About Moz Reports
Hello Matthew,
Great question! We run your ranking reports every week based on when you set it up. The only way to customize the timing the way you want it is to set up a new campaign on a Sunday. That way your results will be updated by the time you get to the office on Monday.

RE: Comparing competitor folder path
Hey there Stephen,
We really appreciate you writing in.
Marisa is correct. Unfortunately we can only track subdomains and not subfolders for competitors at this time. We are hoping to change this in the future and potentially add this feature, but I do not have a date for this yet.
I do apologize for any inconveniences here with our tools and would highly suggest submitting this request to our feature request forum: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

RE: Sites Blocking Open Site Explorer? Penguin related.
Hello Nathan,
It seems that www.decks.ca redirects to www.decks.ca/. The forward slash at the end of the address should be included in your OSE search. Please try that and confirm that it works for you. We apologize for the confusion on this one.
I've confirmed the data displays properly here: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/anchors?site=www.decks.ca%2F

RE: How does SEOMoz crawl sites? Does it follow the sitemap?
Rogerbot, our crawler, obeys the robots.txt nofollow rules associated with your site. For some reason your robots.txt file is blocking our crawler from seeing those pages. For more information on how the tool works, you can view this incredible resource: http://www.seomoz.org/help/rogerbot-crawler that explains how our crawler works in vivid detail. I hope this helps!!

RE: Can someone explain to me why OSE shows two different numbers for Linking Root Domains in the header and in the results area?
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us!
Great Question- the number you are seeing up top is for just the domain page drpower.com while the information below is for the entire root of that site meaning drpower.com and all of its extensions and subfolders. I hope this answers your question. Have an incredible week

RE: Getting your site totally indexed by SEOMOZ
Hello,
I'm sorry that some of your pages didn't end up getting crawled. There's a lot of reasons why this could have happened, some of which have to do with our crawler, and others that have to do with a site. Basically, the crawler finds pages by crawling all of the links on the homepage/front page and then crawling all of the pages those links took him to, and so forth, until all of the pages we can find under that directory are crawled. Usually, if a page is linked to from the homepage, it should end up getting crawled. If it doesn't, it's either a sign that those pages aren't as accessible as they could be to search engines, or that there is an issue with our crawler. Some of the time, it's a problem with Javascript - our crawler can't handle Javascript very well right now. Other times, content was created a little bit after we crawled but before we finished processing and putting up the results. That content will be captured in the next crawl usually. It can also be due to meta tags or robots.txt telling rogerbot not to crawl.
On the whole, I'm not sure why some of your pages wouldn't be showing up in the crawl. Can you let me know some examples of pages that should be in the crawl but didn't end up in your campaign? If you could also outline the links going to those pages, I can send all that information over to our engineering team and we can try to diagnose the issue. Thanks a ton!Talk to you soon,
