I noticed a while ago that Google was hitting sites that pipe keywords, I would change that page for instance to
"1099 E-File Software & Electronic Filing"
You are not repeating words that way.
When I type your url into google, it changes the title anyway to "1099 Pro Enterprise - 1099 Pro, Inc." this is a sure sign that Google does not like your titles.
Try it on a few pages. Also your meta descriptions are very keyword stuffed and make sure any keywords used are also in text on that page.
OK so here is the deal, I have spoken with Google's John Mueller about this multiple times.
Your content will indeed be indexed, however Google bot is not as basic as many people think, there are multiple things happening when the bots come to look at your site, one of them is related to the humming bird algorithm. The bot takes a snapshot of what is actually visible on the page and will give THAT content more preference in search. It will also look what is above the fold for customers. So it is advisable to not have a large logo at the top and for some content to be visible without scrolling.
So just because some content is not visible does not mean it will not be indexed but it may be given far less weight than text that is immediately visible.

Having a good linking structure that is clear on your site, will help promote that. However you will also only get sitelinks when your site is an authoritative source for that search term.
In multiple conversations with Google's John Mueller we have discussed this matter. There is NO penalty for internal duplicate content, if its unique to your site then you have nothing to worry about, especially if it is there for genuine reasons.
What John suggests is to focus on top level pages and try to cover the main details on those pages creating on great page to capture the traffic and funnel them down to other pages if need be. If that works you could effectively noindex the other pages.
There is nothing wrong with the way you have it if its genuine and serves a purpose and works in Google. It is always good to add more useful content if you can.
If however its dup content from other sites then I would really make sure you have your own unique content to add.
Is it the the url on your profile? If so I just took a look at the code and you have 1600 lines of code before the first line of text, why is there so much code on this page? It should all be put in a style sheet and js files.
Google will favor better optimized sites, especially when its as bad as that. The site on the surface looks great.
Its not about the quantity of links but the quality, a good link is worth a thousand crappy ones and the weak ones can even hurt you.
Until we can look at your site and know for sure what one it is and then understand a keyterm your talking about for us to analyze it will be too difficult to answer your needs.

The current state of Google would suggest you keep both sites. Do you interlink them? If so DON'T.
It is easier to rank for niche results with a niche site, however you will have a more powerful site overall with once main site that you can focus all your time on.
Is it possible to rewrite the product descriptions for one of the sites? This make the site more powerful and independent from the other?
Anyone at Google would say combine them, but a penalty is just one small mistake away from you having no business over night. Keep them both (re-write the content)
The fact that you have higher conversion rates on the niche show you that it is easier to rank and easier to show your customers you are an expert in the field. I would not mess with that.

I have been through this process and it was a huge pain the a$$
I spoke with John Mueller at Google for years trying to resolve our issues until one day we spoke about hreflang. At which point John said to me that it would be OK to use it. So we played with it and it turned out that we recovered IMMEDIATELY from penguin for a new domain that was hrefland linked from our original site.
So basically this allowed us to keep our original brand name site up while traffic was going to our new co.uk site (in your case .net)
Let say for instance your client is US based. Take the .com site and set it as x-default, then set the new .net site as "en" or if you want to be more specific "en-US".
All Google traffic in english or english from google.com in the US will now start flowing in your non penalised site. the hreflang simply does a swap in those search engines but it happens before the penalty is enforced. So your rankings will return right away depending on where you would now rank after the penalty is lifted and your new content will also be back to their rightful ranking positions. Basically all the suppression is gone.
Dont worry about duplicate content as hreflang handles all that. Its very common for sites to have just a few small changes such as $ to £ or a few spelling changes like color and colour. There is no downside.
If you are clever with the way you code your site you can make it a seamless transition without having to maintain code on two domains. Only took me a few hours to code something up.
The best thing is it opens the door to targeting multiple regions of the world with other languages. (When you are ready).

Also FYI, when did your manual penalty get revoked? It can take up to a year for your site to be ready for the refresh to consider it OK to lift the suppression. Based on that you may have not been ready for the OCT 2014 refresh and may be waiting for the next one which could be a long way away.
This is correct, Googlebot crawls from the US and will see your site in dollars if your code is serving up currency based on the users location.
In an ideal world you would want to use hreflang for this, you could setup a co.uk for the UK and the .com for the USA. Point the domains to the same directory with some clever code by detecting the TLD and swap out a few basics like currency. (you could also use sub directories or sub domains)
I run a company with the headquarters in the UK with large sales in the US and across the world. I would also consider a US phone number to boost sales and really give the customer more confidence in your company.
A $ currency symbol is a good indication to Google what your target audience is but at the same time your site does have a UK address at the bottom and your contact us page has a UK map etc... So I would not be surprised if Google can figure this out as its been a common issue for a long time and an unknown issue for may website owners.
If you feel that your UK rankings are being affected by this then you do have those options above.
FYI, DO NOT change your code to show £'s just for Googlebot, this can be a sure way to get a penalty.

I had a frustrating chat a little while ago with a Google Employee regarding a site of mine that was in a manual penalty.
I was forced to look at every link coming to my site and determine what was natural and what was unnatural in the eyes of a Google Web Spam team Reviewer.
Links that were simply low quality and clear as the day is long that someone else had created much like the links you are talking about were deemed my problem and for me to remove. There were people linking to my site in forums that clearly had hundreds if not thousands of posts some not saying positive things about my company (very very rare but there is always one.) and I was forced to include those in the disavow file or have them removed. Madness
The level to which you need to keep an eye on your links right now is totally out of control and all though the links you speak of are not a problem now, the way Google is going they will be in the future when they find something else they don't like about you.
Question is how much time do you have on your hands to monitor this kind of stuff all the time.
If you want some middle ground, prepare a disavow file with links you are worried about that way you can submit them it at a moments notice.
I would use the hreflang tag, I implemented this on a few sites that have multiple local based versions and it works wonders and you do not have to worry about cross domain duplicate content in any way. I have a site in US dollars and one in UK pounds all the content is identical and both have been checked by John Mueller at Google and he has confirmed this is a perfect use for that scenario.

Google will decide what title tag to show for your site, if they feel that your title is not compelling enough they will try different options. They do this mostly when a title tag is full of keywords or phrases and not a readable sentence.
This was actually brought up yesterday in a conversation with John Mueller yesterday.
Many recent experiments show that the Title tag is still a big ranking factor.
Watermarking can have an advantage in Google images. If you have lots of images your brand will show up often and people will get to know it, without ever having visited your site.

hmm looks, like any subdomain works on your site, I would fix that ASAP. It looks like it redirects to the root folder that's why it shows the most current content. (because it is)
You Need to turn off / disable Wildcard Subdomains on your server. This will fix the issue.
This might just be robots digging around trying new things out for example http://1234567.webdesign.org/ does the same thing and I just made that up.
The order of elements in any tags do not make a difference.
Also you can have rel=nofollow without and quotes and Google will still recognize it.
I agree Penguin 2.1 update came out on the 5th.
You need to log in to webmaster tools http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ check to see if there are any messages for your site to determine the severity of the problem. Also check under the left navigation "Search Traffic" -> "Manual Actions"

Always use hyphens instead of underscores, There have been numerous test that show the underscores are not a good signal for a separate word. This has also been mentioned by a few people at Google in random videos in the past from what I remember. However Google's John Mueller has said recently that the URL does not even matter and they don't use it as a signal, I call BS on that for now and would 100% go the first one.
Also imagine a situation where you may need to take action on a whole directory for some reason. I would make sure your url looked like the first one so that you could use robots.txt or GWT services to remove or make changes to a specific set of pages all in one go.
I actually just asked Google's John Mueller the very same thing and additionally a question about finding pages that do the same thing that may have been missed.

Google have their own internal metrics about what they feel to be natural or not. It is very popular for sites these days to have an article on it go viral and seem to be an unusual pattern. They are prepared for that, if the pattern looks unnatural then it will be easy for a robot to detect. If that pattern is then replicated multiple times for multiple pieces it becomes very suspect.
If you do not have a shady past, ie, recovered penguin site, or lots of dodgy links already then its highly unlikely to trigger anything even if the links were in the tens of thousands. If its natural it will be easy to observe even by a robot.
There is no upper limit to something going viral.
Worst case scenario if it points to an internal page, Google's John Mueller says you can simply 404 the page and all links pointing to that page will simply not count any more. Although if affected by a penalty as a result will still be a long painful task for recovery as you will need to wait for the algorithm to refresh to be re-included. But its more likely that the single page of content would be hit by penguin rather than the whole site anyway.
Basically you need to be in Google News and then the article thats in the news must reach the top 10 in Search Results

OK well if you do a site:www.joomgeek.com in Google you will see that it shows the correct description, so there is no issue there.
This now comes down to Google for each query, the engine will decide what to show and what not and may choose to re-write, it is normally a good sign that perhaps Google does not love the description and me be worth re-writing.
When I took part of your description "Our webmarketing agency will help you to get the best ROI from your" and searched for it, it was on over 30 results, but your was nowhere. I would change it make it unique and submit it again.
I took a look at your site and I see some issues with what your doing.
John Mueller at Google has confirmed on many occasions there is no duplicate penalty issues and I myself have a business that has a similar issue where geo locations overlap for services/content.
However what you do not want to do is create pages to try and rank them before you have content for them. I noticed all your state page are indexed but with the same message at the top with no content. This is a bad signal to the Panda Algorithm and will show thin non quality content that will affect the entire site. Noindex the pages you have no content for or its going to hurt you. Trust me I have been there on multiple sites.
Once you have done that Google will try to work out what page is best to show out of your duplicate content pages, so the best thing you can do is try to make each page unique with some additional information, maybe about the area or something, this will aid in those pages being ranked for the terms intended.
My thoughts are there is so much going on before the title tag that you give the bots to much of a chance to fail reading the site before they get to it.
Put it above the keywords meta tag, and if I were you I would remove, Google has been rumoured to use this tag as a negative sign for keywords your trying to rank for but don't have content for on that page.
Is there any reason you do not have all that javascript in a js file? making the user download it with every page load is a real waste and multiple things like that are really slowing your site down. Your site is slipping into a possible page speed algorithm issue and also will deter the impatient.
So my thought is that if anything is rendered incorrectly before the title tag (and there is a lot of code for that to happen) then it may not find the title tag as a result.

Have you been doing lots of link building recently one it?
I see www.claydip.com/airbnb_features.html ranking for those keywords in about 300th position. This can indicate a dislike for the actual page in question, maybe link related or in your case possibly content related.
I recently talked with John Mueller at Google and he said that Googlebot can have issues with lazy loading content when it comes to indexing. All your content is lazy load content and when the hummingbird algorithm checks to see what "IT CAN SEE" on a page its possible it will not see that content and consider it to be unimportant compared to what it can see. This can cause lots of ranking problems with the quality algorithms.
Googlebot does seem to be able to index your content, I tested some snippets of text but I think lazy load is a bad idea personally.
The fact that another page is indexed but also is a lazy load also leads me back to the possibility that you have done some link building that Google does not like?
John Mueller at Google has confirmed there are no internal duplicate content penalties of any kind, Google will determine the best page to show based on its algorithm. Let Googlebot do its job or you could go into webmaster tools and use the "Fetch as Google" tool to submit any pages you are concerned about or want to speed up. There is a limit of 10 pages per month so its best to submit the top level page and tell it to crawl all linked pages.
Google just ran a new Panda update targeting quality content.
It looks for words related such as synonyms and well written content. Over use of keywords will not help you it will harm you.
Google around a bit and read about Panda and quality content. It will become very clear that the methods you describe will only hurt you.
@sachin-sv also makes a very valid point that your content should be written with your users in mind. This will help with trust, if users thing your English is poor they may choose to distrust your product. A regular user has no idea why you would mention the word phone so many times.
Better ti choose your main key-phrase and a write a compelling sales paragraph such as
Our x Phone is [sales pitch] additionally we have durable cases in multiple colours available, replacement batteries, chargers and lots more..... (try using words like mobile/cell etc... and other synonyms where appropriate, the diversity will be good)
You could look for other well written sites that sell the same product and rank well in Google, take that a rewrite it with more detailed information.
This is going to work much better for you and will not get you penalised for keyword stuffing.
I had a conversation about this in a Google hangout with John Mueller, internal duplicate content is not an issue he said. Google will send a customer to the page it thinks is best.
Its only a problem if most of your content is poor quality and duplicated to create landing pages just to capture keywords.
Even external duplicate content is not that much of an issue as many sites have api's and affiliate schemes that have shared content, John Mueller says that if you are offering something different and unique additionally then that should be fine. Also we are seeing lots of content curating lately and Google seems to favor this too.
I see no reason at all for you to be worried, I would go ahead and add it to your FAQ.
Out of those 7 links they have, is one very powerful? Quality over quantity maybe?
Do they have the keywords in their domain name?
Is it their homepage vs your internal page?
The next Penguin update is just 3-4 weeks away now if consistency is anything to go by.
They may get what is coming to them in a short time frame! This would be very sad indeed and recovery time on large domains can be a long process taking over a year in many cases.
Remember that Google says that buying links is a NO NO, that includes all kinds of buying, such as I will give you a gift in exchange etc.. Those are hard to detect but the others are so obvious that a computer can detect them with a simple algorithm. Those are the ones you will get hit by and it wont be long before someone else in your niche reports them.
Its just a matter of time. Every update scrapes deeper into the barrel until all are affected by it. One thing is for sure they will have suppression from the Penguin Algorithm, those bad links act like minus points, eventually it will out weigh the good ones and they will drop in rankings. Removing bad ones can actually increase rankings!

OK, just to let you know, once they lift the manual penalty, you still need to wait for a Penguin refresh. my penalty was lifted in May 2013 the vast majority of crap links had not been crawled and took a very long time for Google to do so. For the disavow file to take effect it needs to crawl each of those pages with your disavow file in mind and change them to a nofollow. Once a healthy amount is crawled you will then be in good standing when the Penguin algo is run. If Penguin runs before you have an acceptable level of healthiness you will not be released form Penguin and will have to wait for the next. So it took us until Oct 17th 2014 for us to finally get released. This was WITH John Muellers help!
My advice is don't be too picky with what you keep. Go through everything, mine was 20,000 Referring domains with 250k links! We had a 10 year history of business online and at one point also attacked with negative seo. So was a big job

Yes, create a report to show the work you have done, whats removed, who you have contacted, who did not respond. I did an Excel spreadsheet, one domain per line, with a few fields like, last contacted, date, removed etc..
There are lots of programmes out there that help with this now. Not so easy when your the first and there are no tools for it!
Also its best to do domain instead of links, how many links do you have pointing to your site?
Your 301's if setup correctly will work fairly quickly in Google and should see results for your main pages within days sometimes hours depending on the sites popularity/crawl rate.
pagerank has not been updated since last november according to John Muller at Google and will not ever be updated again. It is still an internal metic used by Google but the latest data is no longer available to the public. So your pages will likely never have visible page rank again.
John Mueller from Google has stated many times that the algorithm must first detect that those links are now either removed or disavowed. then you would need to wait for a Penguin refresh, which is probably going to be in the next 2 weeks and only runs every 6 months.
The fact that it is just one site makes me question if the one site was an old penalized version of the site that they tried to 301 their way out of?
Otherwise bad domains normally would not pass the bad links on to the domain. this was talked about in great detail many times in the past as a negative seo tactic where people would buy bad domains and point them at their competitors. Google put a stop to that very quickly.
So I do wonder if there are more than just that issue. Are some of the other links bad but you don't believe they are?
yes screen readers use them but why not incorporate them in the site with css? It will help their rankings!
Rather than trying to get them to remove them, argue the seo case for them to show them.
Building links in high quality directories is not natural and should be nofollowed as you are building them yourself.
Having a great news story and lots of people picking it up and linking to you as a result will not end in a penalty even if it is millions of links.
But batches of links that Google already deems as average quality or maybe even low quality will trigger an alert rather quickly.
If you are going to go down the route you are going, then the only way you will get away with it is with a large diversity of themes. If they are all directories and articles the pattern will be very clear even for a robot and will trip a filter or even a penalty.
they will get slapped at some point, if googlebot does not get them a disgruntled website owner that has a penalty will look at the top ten results, notice it and report them.

There is no problem in my opinion with using css to style your H1 tags so that they look nice on your site. But if you hide them you are just waiting for a penalty.
Also googlebot is much smarter than it was this time last year it is able to look at pages and see the content on the page rather than just looking at the code. this was part of the hummingbird release to target ad heavy sites above the fold but also looks for large logo's and content above the fold. All of this leads to the fact that Google knows what is visible and what is not and will rank you according to those factors. the H1 tags might be giving them no benefit at all right now without them realizing, When in fact they could be benefiting from them. how much business will they lose when they lose all their rankings for 3 weeks or maybe longer? Is it worth what they think they are gaining from it.
If they are really stubborn you could tell them to change a page or two and test it out. Do a fetch in WMT so the page is indexed quickly and see the results over the course of the week.

This site is selling links in articles to try to game Google, this will be flagged as a paid link by Google bot and possibly have a negative effect on your site.
Don;t do link building like this unless you want to end up in a Penguin penalty, it takes years to get out of a penalty. you have to fix your problems, then submit a request to Google once they release you. You then need to wait for the next refresh, so far its been just over 1 year since the last refresh!
If you are looking to do some link building I would look at outreach, Google it and learn how it would work for you there are some great guides around.
At some point the site will either get reported and it will be manually looked at, or the Panda algo will catch up with them. Making changes are hard to do when a site ranks well. So its really your call on that, but if you want to have a middle road, you could suggest building new pages and have them ready to go just in case they get hit by panda.
Google does not mind internal duplication and unless it is really extreme they will not penalise you for it, I have spoken to Google's John Mueller about it multiple times, including just this Friday. Google will choose the page it thinks is the best fit and show that.
There are no tools that I would recommend other than your own eyes. Look at the site from a customers point of view, if it does not make sense get rid of it. For the most part Google is better today than it ever was at ranking sites based on actually quality rather than making sure you have all 200 SEO signals ticked off and the site looks like garbage to a user. Which was only 2 years ago really.
I would be very surprised if they rank higher for a keyword stuffed list. Google does not pay attention to them it is more interested in content with links embedded in that content. I would look at other reasons, maybe better internal linking through content. External Links are still a huge factor, maybe they have better links or better content overall across their site.
But going back to your client, i would let them make the decision but I would make it clear to them what the risks are, if they make the choice then it cant come back on you either way.
Ok so John Mueller at Google has said not to worry about sites like this, Google bot is clever enough to figure these types of sites out. To add to that this site links to all external sites with a nofollow link, so disavowing would do nothing anyway.
However there instances where it might be worthwhile adding it to a disavow list and that would be if you believe this site might changes those links to dofollow at a later stage for some reason (highly unlikely).
Also if it were a similar site but links were dofollow, it would not hurt to add it considering you have found it and deem it to be of no value.
However as John has said in the past, if you did not create it don't worry about it unless you really need to disassociate yourself from it.
My suggestion only do what is natural, the signals for h3 are so small that it would not be worth doing.
If however you feel that breaking the content up further with h3 tags will make the content more appealing, you may get a higher retention rate and this will lead to better rankings.
You are making the right move for the future. You can always remove something from the disavow later and it will simply be treated as a dofollow link again once the disavow file has been re-crawled and the page re-indexed. So no big deal, that process is fast if its not a crappy deep link.
There will be a Penguin update in the next few weeks according to John Mueller at Google. Q1: Google is very bad at dealing with stuff like this, they really don't care to much in my experience. I have seen otehrs try and flood the front page with things like twitter facebook and linkedin to push down negative content. Try to use these strong networks to boost his name. Also might as well give it a shot and report it to Google.

Q2: Every day Googlebot gets smarter and more nosy! It crawls javascript it does al;l sorts of things. Crappy sites go up and down and have index issues eventually Google will get to them and index them. This is likely what you are seeing.
If they are pretty bad then get them in the disavow file ASAP. A Penguin update is not that far away and you need to be ready a month in advance.
The real question is...
Has Google already gathered a snapshot of all the data for the next Panda update already, if so its too late anyway.
With Penguin that has always been the case. If you are not ready a month before the update then you miss the boat.
John Mueller at Google has always said duplication is not the biggest factor it is more how you represent that content. If there is other content around it that makes your site unique and maybe a better option than others then you can be justified in having that duplicate content.
A suppression because of Panda can be an overall look at your site so it may be wise to noindex the weak pages.
Also if they are all under a specific directory structure such as /products/ you could do a fetch as Google in Webmaster Tools on it or even create a sitemap with just the pages that have changed and do a fetch on that page using the option to crawl all linked pages. This can be a very fast way to get Google to react to your changes.

This has been a very common practice for years, link out to authority websites in the same post to give the page more credibility. If their websites is mentioned in the same breath then it may encourage higher click through.
Will it increase the power of that link specifically, No, but if click through rates are higher then that is a signal.
Content marketers got caught out a long time back only linking to one website in an article (THEIRS), in order to make it look more natural they decided to add sites like wikipedia and other news sources etc... To make it look like a well researched article. However the flaw is that in many cases its still a biased article. A better signal of quality is content that links out to yourself AND your competitors. That is something that would be considered to be less spammy, but people never do it because they obviously don't want to help their competitors.
There are a lot of factors that could be contributing to their rankings, not just the links they have. Links are becoming less and less of a factor in the last year.

Quality is the key question here, the Panda algo is getting very smart.

I also read about a test recently done where H4 tags were out performing H1 tags but for the life of me I cant find it!
It makes sense to have correlation between the H1 and the Title and if it is natural for you to repeat the word "hire" as much as you do then there is no harm in it.
There is of course one exception to that rule, Google builds its algo to work for the majority and you always stand a very small percentage chance that you do things correctly and Google takes a dislike, this is unfortunately luck of the draw. (something I hate the most about Google as you will get very little indication).

In tools like Majestic and MOZ you can see that the most common term used in backlinks to the site apart from the domain name is "dynamic card solution".
When you perform a 301 redirect all the positive signals that a site has are passed to its new home. This is a clear indication of that happening.

Its not a simple yes or no but, for the most part, redirects should not cause self-referrals
301/302 redirects should preserve the original referral information.

OK I think I found out some of your issues!
There are a few major ones. I hope you don't mind but I did some detective work and found out what your site was by the code screen grabs you posted on another reply below.
OK so the first MAJOR ISSUE is that you have TWO BODY tags in your HTML! You need to check your code on all pages / templates and get it fixed ASAP. Archive.com shows that this has been a problem on your site since you did a redesign in OCT 2013. Google is looking at signals like this a lot more now and is not being favourable to them
My concern when you do a site: query in google is that your homepage does not show, it should be the first result. I see that you have 15,100 pages indexed.
When I search for your website "sitename.com.ar" I see in Google there is no title, description even the quick links are broken, just showing just one and saying untitled.
NEXT, All your pages have the same description and keyword tags! Whats going on there? I you cant make them unique then get rid of them, they are doing more damage and Google hates that stuff, I have had pages not show in SERPS because they have duplicate description tags. This happen to five of my pages recently that I somehow missed. But this is on every product Page of yours if not every page on the site.
Also I would remove the keywords meta tag, its pointless and will do you more harm than good.
The paths to your javascript and css files have two slashes (//) should only be one.
I would start with those changes and do a fetch in Google WMT and give it a few days, the homepage should reindex in a very short time frame maybe minutes.
After that we can take another look at the site. These are very basic issues that a large brand site like this should never be doing wrong, as you can see the damage it has caused. Lucky for you that you have only just started there and can be the knight in shining armour to sort it all out
There is a lot that goes into dealing with this issue.

You need to focus on dofollow links and this may come as a surprise but also links that appear missing.
Download the latest links from WMT, Ahrefs & majestic.
Combine them and use excel or "ScrapeBox DupeRemove" available from the link above to remove and duplicates.
Use "Blackhatlinks.com Free Dofollow / Nofollow Link Checker" to see if the link is dofollow / nofollow or notfound for the webmaster tools links.
Once done you can start to look at what is good and bad.
Under a manual penalty you are under review by a real person and they are meticulous, they will make you remove links you never even created and all sorts of crazy stuff.
Almost all links are bad in Googles eyes, this includes urls, brand mentions and non optimized anchor text like click here.
You need to attack it hard and remove as much as possible, because a penguin refresh only comes around every 6 months, the next will probably be in Feb or April.
Remove anything that has optimized anchor text no matter what or try to get the text changed if its an incredible link.
The most creditable links are ones where multiple sites are mentioned that include your competitors in some form of comparison on a forum, article blog etc... Almost all others are trash.
Also some directories are ok, like dmoz, yahoo dir etc...
OK I Mentioned before about missing links, you will find links in WMT where the link does not appear anymore, BUT in the case of a directory it may have moved down to page 3 or 4 when it was on page 1 or 2 when first crawled. The link is still on the site and if you see the site itself is trash, add it to the disavow.
Dont bother adding links to the disavow file, add domains.
example:
domain:xyz.com
domain:abc.com
This will ensure you capture all links on those domains regardless if the move around.
If you do not want to do this all yourself there are many tools out there, like Link Detox and rmoov.
