I am looking at copy/pasting an article from another website which is very relevant to my business, is there a standard practise/best practise for SEO to do this and ensure Google doesn't think i am plagerizing content etc.. Link to source down the bottom? Using Quotations... making a page noindex or no follow etc?

Having your targeted keyword in the domain is highly recommended but not the only deciding factor in SEO rankings. As long as you have a good Branding and relevant, fresh content on the website, build up your social media profiles - not having the keyword in domain name should not impact you too much.

Personally I would opt for something that is a bit shorter so its easy to remember, punchy in print media/business cards and reduces user error if they are trying to go to your site by typing in the URL after seeing it somewhere.

I'd suggest looking at Amazon Cloudfare.. super reliable, and cost efficient - used by large corporations globally.

Thanks mate! What I forgot to mention I guess is that I have not updated the NZ site in a while as main focus is on Aus as that drives 90% of traffic/searches. So I guess the question is do i sacrifice NZ site now for the sake of beefing up visibility and traffic of .com.au one which is a LOT more comprehensive

Hoping this might be something that can be answered given the number of variables  
My main site is www.isacleanse.com.au (Obviously targeted to Australian Market) and also www.isacleanse.co.nz targeted to NZ.

The main Keywords im targeting are 'Isagenix' for both and also Isagenix Australia, Isagenix Perth, Sydney (Australian cities) and Isagenix NZ, Isagenix New Zealand, Isagenix Auckland etc.. for NZ

The Australian site gets a lot more traffic and Australian market gets a lot more searches - I also have a section www.isacleanse.com.au/isagenix-new-zealand/ on the Australian site.

The question is am I best off redirrecting the .co.nz domain completley to the Australian Domain to give it extra SEO Juice?

I know ideally i need a .my or .sg domain, however i dont have time to do this in the interim so what would be the best way to host Malaysian content on a www.domainname.com.au website?

Im assuming this cant make the .com.au site look spammy but thought I'd ask just to be safe?
