I would say myarticlenetwork.com should be another one that will be getting crapped on my Google soon. It' main focus seems to be spun content so go figure!

Internal Links - How to Increase them, Categories not being considered as Internal Links

Hi All: As per my understanding, Internal Equity Passing Links is a metric defining PA. Now my website has around 65 internal links while few of my competitors have more than 180 links. I am unable to understand how to increase the internal links passing equity on my website, because I can see, more number of links on my website than my competitors but opensiteexplorer does not show that. I am really confused. Please help out if anyone knows something about this issue. Thanks in advance.

Paying for a Link

I realize it is bad to pay for a link but is it bad to pay for a link on a page that ranks you 1 to 10 againist your competitor, shows a screen shot of your and lists Pros and Cons of your site? Is this sort of paid link different somehow?

Do external links hurt ?

Hi there... My company develops policy management software for SharePoint (called DocRead). Obviously, our main SEO push is purely for the product as that's what pays the bills. However, we also issue a weekly SharePoint Community newsletter in HTML as we run a large community group for SharePoint. Each newsletter has lots of outbound links (all coming from the same domain as our product is hosted on). These links won't really have anything to do with 'Policy Management' as they are purely to do with SharePoint. I was wondering if these will harm our ranking in anyway? hi, first question on here. Just starting to get into link building and after a day already confused. I'm using the seomoz pro link analyser / open site explorer to look at my sites links against competitors. First up was dmoz.org. great rankings so a great link target, turns out though that I already have one!! Any ideas why it isn't showing up on my linking domains. Is this a seomoz oversight or am i not getting my alloted 'juice' from this domain??

Are you careful about linking back to sites that link to you?

Suppose that a trusted website added you to their recommended links page. Do you worry that linking back to them from a page on your site will diminish the value of the original link?

Too many external links vs linking root domains - good or bad?

Hi guys, After the latest Linkscape update, we noticed that our website have 424,671 external links with 4,395 linking root domains, so roughly 100 links/domain. Does Google consider this to be a negative thing or we do not need to worry about it. Many thanks. David
