Too many external links vs linking root domains - good or bad?

Hi guys,
After the latest Linkscape update, we noticed that our website have 424,671 external links with 4,395 linking root domains, so roughly 100 links/domain.
Does Google consider this to be a negative thing or we do not need to worry about it.

Our landing page www.domain.com/abc/ got about 90% of links containing 2 main keywords "abc" and "def"we target on that page.
That is a concern. It is highly unnatural. It sends a strong indicator that you are in control of those links which may lead Google to discount their value.

We also noticed a potential issue: the majority of the external links are keyword rich, e.g.

We have heard websites could be penalysed for over-optimised, unnarual link profile, should we be concerned about the above?

These metrics are shared for informational purposes and for the most part you do not need to worry about it. If you look at SEOmoz, they also have a 100:1 ratio.
The information in and of itself offers almost no value. You could have 4,394 sites with 1 link from each and then 1 site with 420k links.
The data is mainly shared to help you better compare backlink profiles between sites.

External links - link to third party sites
Greetings! Actually, got an doubt on linking to external site. The thing, i have working for roof marketers site. They have covered roof products. Each of the products have a page along with major keyword. Actually, i do link from other pages[internally]. Meaning,if i see any main keywords in different page then will link that to corresponding page/product[internally].This is what i am doing to get page rank. Now, my doubt. Some of the pages are having link with main keywords which directs to the third party site those who are really producing the products. But, i remove the third party-link which has with main keywords. Since already the site/my client site having pages for that main keywords. But client really want that link. meaning the links which they have given to direct to third party[product producer] site. So what should i do at this case. Can i just past RAW link like [http://www.thirdpartysite.com] or what do i do. But my client wants that link to be in content area. I want to design SEO link building strategy for my website? Is wordpress.com, squidoo, tumblr, blogger, typepad - Good option for link building?
I am currently concentrating on 8 keywords, for e.g (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H). I will be writing blogs with 2 of any related keywords present in it. I am thinking to post 5 blogs on 5 different platforms as (wordpress.com, Squidoo, Typepad, Tumblr, blogger) respectively. Hello all, Should I use my root domain or sub domain when adding my site to local directories? I'm very new to this, so I just want to be sure, sub domains start with the www, right? How to improve (ASAP) the linking root domain, the followed linking root domains and the linking C-Blocks? Linkbuilding (or whatever) techniques.
I have a small site (.com) like any website in my sector. 30-90 pages. I have no crawls errors. Everythings is fine, just I need to improve my linking root domain, the followed linking root domain and the linking C-Blocks. Example: my competitors have 300 (one of them have 1300) of total links. I have 30. Anyone know some good strategies? techniques? tips? I just dont want to be in a farm directory, I want free links. I'm already running two strategies but it works so slowly.
