Cant get no satisfaction: Backlink tools leave me frustrated

Bonjour from 7°C Overcast Wetherby Uk,
I'm trying to get the backlink profile for a website that will tell me what inner pages are being linked too not just the home page but I'm not having any luck.
Ive used Link Diagnosis but that just gives me a total backlink count, no good, I need to know what inner pages are being linked too.
I then tried Yahoo Site Explorer but you can only use it know if you give them your mobile tel number for a windows live account, err no thanks!
Ive also used the Site Exploerer API here via the dashboard but again no luck again

So my question is please; "Is there a Tool I can use to see what deeper pages on a site have backlinks"

The quickest way to do this is using the "Top Pages" report in Open Site Explorer.
Simply enter the root domain of the site you want to research, hit "search" then navigate to the Top Pages tab. This will show you the number of lining root domains to each internal page.

Open your report in a spreadsheet, The "Target URL" column will show all the URLs on the domain with an external link pointing to them. Here's another screenshot:

Maybe I'm missing something, but can't you use Open Site Explorer and select "pages on this subdomain" or "pages on this root domain"?
If you export to a csv file you can filter by the Target URL column.

Hi David,
Forgive me if this answer is totally wrong/simple.
Could you not click on the links for a certain page using the Moz toolbar? It gives the total site links but also an option to open up the OSE for that particular page. Problem would be that you have to get to the page first!

Suddenly Getting more than a 100 links. Is it a problem?
Hi Everyone, My client writes articles for a very prominent news source in the area where I live. Attached to each article there is her bio, but she never asked the news source to link to her website. So far, she has written more than 100 articles. Getting links on old blog posts
There's 100 of blogs with posts that link to my competitors, but don't link to my site.They are mostly lists. Eg: "The best Sites to get blue widgets" I was thinking about getting in touch with these blogs, and asking them to take a look at my site, to see if perhaps they would add it to the list. In fact, I started doing it and I got some links already. Now I am starting to worry that Google could consider these links as unnatural, because, you know, the algos are not exactly perfect. Anyway, the links are important for the exposure anyway. I've two questions: 1. Is there any chance I'll be penalized? 2. May I get a SEO benefit from this links?

Why so few links in webmaster tools

Outsourced Backlinking?
Hello, I've been newly hired to head up a decent sized company's digital marketing initiatives. Between social media campaigns, web content development, ppc management, etc. I've been a bit overwhelmed. It looks like until my team gets a bit larger we may have to outsource link building, but with the new penguin update I'm worried about choosing the wrong company and ending up with a ton of spam links that gets us nailed. How do I get quality, relevant backlinks?
Hi, I am trying to improve the SEO our my website which sells mens designer clothes. I know the huge value of backlinks on relevant, high ranking/authoirtive sites. Problem is how do I find these sites? I am currently using twitter, facebook and google to find relevant blogs, websites, forums etc... (ones in the fashion, menswear, designer clothing field) but it is a slow and tedious process.
