I have two page, where the second makes a duplicate content from the first

Mas porque não pode usar a tag canonica?

You should use this tag on second page:

The canonical tag will transfer all juice to the main page. Only the main page will be indexed in the search index.

If you can, try to make a 301 redirect, but if is not possible, canonical is the option.
