I agree with both William and Adam. I would also suggest use the various research tools at http://www.seomoz.org/tools and On-page Analysis as well as the Keyword Difficulty & SERP Analysis tools to understand what your keywords should be and the effort involved and the level of domain authority required to attain those rankings. I would also suggest using the Google Adwords tool, suggest your target market and do some keyword research.
I hope these help. Welcome to SEOMoz and you might also want to setup your campaign here at SEOMoz to see what the weekly / monthly progress is for rankings as well as any On-page recommendations from the tool. Always do your due-diligence before making any changes.

William's reply is a good one. http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo is a good place to start.
Also, the keywords you've chosen are very competitive, and are probably not good keywords to choose if you are new to SEO.

Thanks alot.

Those are great starting points on how to learn SEO and how to get rankings.

Crawl results on keyword rankings differ from actual search rankings
For the second week in a row, the weekly keyword rankings in my MOZ account show "not in top 50" for most keywords. However, when I check some of my rankings I still broadly have the rankings that I used to have. It seems that the MOZ crawl is experiencing some difficulties. Does anyone have suggestions how to find out what's going on? If I can't rely on the crawl outcomes, then the tool is not very useful anymore!

Can you export a keyword rankings report with the keywords listed in order of ranking ?
My keyword ranking report shows the results all jumbled. I can put them in order when viewing the report online, but when I export it , the results go back to all jumbled rankings.

Our Duplicate Content Crawled by SEOMoz Roger, but Not in Google Webmaster Tools
Hi Guys, We're new here and I couldn't find the answer to my question. Here it goes: We had SEOMoz's Roger Crawl all of our pages and he came up with quite a few erros (Duplicate Content, Duplicate Page Titles, Long URL's). Per our CTO and using our Google Webmaster Tools, we informed Google not to index those Duplicate Content Pages. For our Long URL Errors, they are redirected to SEF URL's. What we would like to know is if Roger is able to know that we have instructed Google to not index these pages. My concern is Should we still be concerned if Roger is still crawling those pages and the errors are not showing up in our Webmaster Tools Is there a way we can let Roger know so they don't come up as errors in our SEOMoz Tools? Thanks so much, e

If there a basic overview of the SEOMoz Pro tools?
I'm surprised there is no simple overview of all the features anywhere, or a guide on how to use the tools? There's a nice intro video, and a good beginners guide, then BAM! - straight into the Pro Tools (it's a bit daunting for someone learning!) Or at least that I can find... and help or pointers would be great 🙂
