Tool to creat a good XML sitemap

Hello lads,

I need to creat a XML sitemap for a website so I can add to Google Webmaster and Bing Webmaster.

What do you guys recommend?

Xml Sitemaps is a very good tool. If you want to have a collaborative process discussing the sitemap with the rest of the team i also recommend http://writemaps.com/tour/

Hi Pedro,

I used http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and it worked great.

If you are using WordPress you might want to look into setting up yoast and follow these guidelines: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/setup-wordpress-for-seo-success

Question about creating content pages for keywords

Good morning, We are trying to rank our India based company which provides the following services
Engineering Design Services
Architectural Design Services
MEP Design Services Our target audiences are in the US and UK. Offcource, we are targetting above services keywords on most of our main pages and created dedicated services pages too. But lately, we found out that we are ranking well for keywords like Outsourcing Engineering Design Services, Outsourcing Architectural Design Services, etc... which are actually very very good keywords in terms of closing the leads/inquiries as people are actually looking out for outsourcing but the search count for those keywords is low. (though we closed 2 inquiries from those keywords). These pages we created in past just to increase the content of the website. I really want to give it a try to target those keywords by creating more pages, blog posts, backlinks, etc... My question is if we create more and more pages around those keywords then will it affect the rankings of the pages which are already ranking for those keywords or will the new pages compete against those pages or the new pages will help to boost current pages? We can write good content and blog posts on the outsourcing topic but not sure if we should create new pages or increase the length of the existing pages. Can you guys please help with some directions on this as I really don't want to take the wrong route. Look forward! Regards

Hi - How do you get rid of duplicate content that was accidentally created on a tag url? For example, when I published a new article, the content was duplicated on: /posts/tag/lead-generation/

the original article was created with: /posts/shippers-looking-for-freight-brokers/ How can I fix this so a new URL is not created every time I add a tag to a new posting?

Easy on-page checker idea feedback Some script I wrote. Is this handy for someone? Try the script yourself like most things I like the Moz on-page grader (a lot!) but it does not do everything I want it to. So sometime I write my own little checks and other times I want to see list for of example all images without ALT tags. For this I wrote some code for myself the last few weeks. Now I bundled them for a handy little checker that is as is and not meant to make money with. It's just my handy work so to say and I would like to hear some feedback on the very simple but I think effective method of checking anchors on a front page against the page they link to. This is a very basis page checker for some important on-page ranking factors. If you type links in the option field then all links found on the page are listed Per link anchor quality check: The idea is very simple: if we assume for the simplicity of this method that the anchor text found first linking to an other page on the website this anchor text determnines the keyword with which the page is indexed. In made the links found on the page clickable. When clicked it starts the same scan but then only for the anchor text provided with the link clicked. If the on-page checks are ok I reccon your doing alright. idea is to start with the front page of any website and click the followed links, The page linked to is graded for match with anchor text as keyword. Duplicate Page Titles? I thought this was good structure....

I have several warnings for duplicate page title.... I thought that I had good structure, but I guess I am doing something wrong. On my website (http://www.farnorthkennel.com), I am getting duplicate page errors for pages like this: http://www.farnorthkennel.com/german-shepherd-puppies-the-girls/hazel
and
http://www.farnorthkennel.com/german-shepherd-puppies-the-girls/emerald I thought that this sort of structure was a good idea since the end page is different. Should each page be set up right after the original domain name? I'm new at this....

Is creating lots of sub product pages with some variation a good idea?

I have a service for quote comparison for web design, graphic design etc. My main sales page is http://www.designquotes.com.au/compare-quotes I am thinking of creating 20 or so product specific pages such as this: http://www.designquotes.com.au/business-card-design-stationary-quotes Additional pages such as CMS Wbe Design eCommerce Web Design Logo Desing etc Some of the content is repeat, the main content that changes is in the content slider at the bottom. Is this a good idea, or should I be creating more high quality content like the one below? Best approach to create a mobile version of a website

Hi all, I have a customer that wants to create a mobile version of his website, he wants to create a subdomain to redirect visitors to the mobile version and this mobile version will be a separate folder hosted on the same hosting. I'm seeing really good things from frameworks like JqueryMobile but I thinks they are not really SEO friendly since they load pages with Ajax. So, the question is: its ok to use this kind of frameworks or should I create all the html and css by myself? I'm really looking forward to use the frameworks, since its faster and less time consuming than creating the whole site with html. But I don't want to waste time if it will not be SEO friendly. Webmaster tools Site speed?

Google webmaster tools site performance is reading out at 2.8 and still raising (Going further into the slow pale area) this was in the green fast area for a while until now. Is this something to be worried about?
