Does anyone know of a great inexpensive article writing company overseas?
-
Hello,
I'm hoping someone here has used or knows about a content writing company overseas that is very good.
We would provide a lot of the information, and they would gather the rest by internet or talking with manufacturers by skype.
We need at least 200 articles written, and we're on a tight budget.
The articles need to be unique content, and very helpful to users.
The people or person I hire will provide the articles in Microsoft Word, I'll do the rest.
So far I've posted on Elance.
Any useful people, companies, or helpful hints in doing this is appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi Bob,
If you're looking for reasonably good quality at inexpensive rates, I'd use TextBroker.com and choose the '4*' option when you create the job. You'll pay around $10 for an average length article and the majority of the time you won't need to do much editing.
Hope that helps,
Matt

How much would you pay per article? Or for all 200? - pm me

Could you or someone else here give me a couple of names of companies that would provide stellar, unique, quality content at some appropriate rate?
Who would you guys recommend that's here in the states?
Thanks!

I hate to be a Bernie Bummer, but Content is King, and I don't recommend going after the cheapest solution when looking to produce it. While it's theoretically possible to find an "overseas" individual or company willing to produce content very cheaply, the chances are very good that the content itself will generally be low quality.
In a nutshell, if you're on a tight budget, content is not the area to apply restraints to.

Hi, on SEO article submissions, do I only include the link to the page I am trying to promote or is it best practice to also include a link to home page or parent page?
Good day. I am writing articles for submission, I would just like some help with the page structure. Do I only include the link for the page that I would like to promote or is it advisable to include other page links, such as home page or the parent category too? Any help would be appreciated

Writing <200 word pieces of content in a 7.5 hour day
My employer has a content writer who is currently working on writing unique descriptions for many pages, on the order of around 150-200 words per piece of content. A recurring theme in this content is to write a list of features such as "it does X, X, X, X, X and X", which can sometimes happen a couple of times during the content and takes up a decent chunk of wording. This content does not require in-depth research over and above reading the about us page of some sites and looking at what services they provide, as well as some quick details like their payment and delivery methods etc. As well as that the writer also writes the Meta Description and then uploads these to a CMS. There are no other tasks. Considering the writer is doing this 5 days a week, 7.5 hours a day, and isn't getting paid a poor or trainee-type wage, what would you say would be an acceptable amount to achieve on the average day? The current average works out to around, or slightly less than 8 of these pieces of content each day. Thoughts?

Can I post my MailChimp articles on my blog without getting hit for duplicate content?
I would like to post my newsletters on my blog, but am afraid of duplicate content since you can click a link on the MailChimp email blast to view the Newsletter online. Is this considered dup content?

Writing on 2 Very Separate Topics. Will Authorship Be Affected?
Hi guys, During the day I'm a PPC and SEO associate at a software company that provides merchant accounts and payment processing for small business owners. Think PayPal meets Quickbooks. For this job, I write lots of content on payment processing, merchant accounts, the benefits of ACH transfers, etc. However, during the evenings, I work on my side-business, which is a fitness marketing company. For this site I'm doing lots of content production based on increasing gym membership, crossfit marketing, etc. I'm getting authorship for all of the posts I'm writing (my image is showing up in SERPs). Do you guys think there is any adverse effects to having authorship on content that is so drastically different? Will Google punish us for having 50% of my posts are about merchant accounts and the other 50% are about fitness marketing? Thanks!

Has Anyone Noticed Q&A has sped up a LOT?
A while back when things had really gotten over slow, I asked the opposite. Today I go on Q&A and the feel is quite a bit different. I also notice other cool little changes. I am wondering if moz did it just for me or is everyone seeing it??? As usual, steady improvement from the folks at SEOmoz. You guys are on. Thanks PS (For any who require uber speed, yes it takes about a second and a half for the response to load... I can live with that).

How much do you pay for a 300+ word blog article?
I am considering outsourcing some of the blog writing and would like to get some idea of what is a reasonable amount to pay someone for writing say a 300-350 word article? Also any recommendations on where to find good writers? Thanks!

Any article sites that actually still rank welll?
Hi All! After the havoc of Panda and Penguin - are there any article sites that still rank decently for the articles within? I'm not talking about using articles to get backlinks - I want to attract visitors to the articles themselves because of the message within the article. Yes, I know that for lots of reasons my own blog would be better. In addition to that, if you want to spread the message - which sites are recommended? Thanks! Aviva

Need a referee on article links
I need a referee on an issue. I have hired a company that does a decent job of creating a social presence for our company and its web presence. But the main feature I hired them for was to create and cast articlesinto the social sphere with back links to our main site. This was based on a premise that backlinks still matter. Instead the articles and posts they create are 1) posted on a separate url blog page maintained by them (but branded similar to our brand term) and 2) casts out to other social sites with back links to their 'blog-type' site, not our main site. In essence its a blog off the main url with articles/posts touting our product but linking back to the off site blog. I have requested that all the articles created monthly by them and cast out into the social sphere containe anchor text appropriate hyperlinks to our main site, not the blog type site, and they are resisting. I am willing to make a switch if the premise of creating links to my main site still holds in the SEO world. Their assertion is that it doesn't. They are getting the blog site to rank for certain key words that we also are trying to rank for and the blog site does have links to our site on their site such as an "our website" button. And they do create a lot of social activity buzz with twitter, youtube etc for our brand name. In all i like what they do except in two months they have created 305 back links to the blog and our main site has only 8. When they report they show me all the words the blog site ranks for, as if the main site doesn't exist. But wouldn't best practice still be for them to create the backlinks to our main site, not the blog and worry more about how the main site is ranking, not the cast site? Or has the SEO world changed so much that it doesn't matter. I want to be fair but I am drwaing a line in the sand on this.
