How to add excel in Google custom Search

and i wanted to know how to put the excel sheet in Google Custom Search engine?

No, you add the URLs to the Sites to Search box when you are setting up your Custom Search Engine. See attached image.

For this you can just add the URLs that you exported from Open Site Explorer and import them one-per-line when you set up your Google CSE. I believe the free edition of CSE limits it to 5000 urls, which should be plenty.

So, basically you are cutting and pasting out of excel.

How to remove the inbound links of a website from Google Webmaster Tools?
Hello viewers, One of my projects (BannerBuzz.com) is having linked with this Site: http://www.article-niche.com/ and we can see so many inbound links in our Webmaster account from this site, we have already disavowed this site but still it is found in our Webmaster Tools and we don’t have option to mail them as the site is down, so kindly anyone help us out how to remove this back-links and I want to remove it from my Webmaster account as well as from “Search Results” as the site is down. Currently as this site is show down from long time and because of its back-links, our website (BannerBuzz.com) has been penalized by Google.

Are large property portals going to continue to dominate Google's search results?
We are having a discussion (potential argument) in our office around whether large portals (namely property portals) have longevity in Google's search. Argument 1:

Google's rise in local search and rewarding strong brand names rather than keyword driven domain names will devalue property portals with keyword rich domain names. Property portals are essentially duplicating content on smaller individually owned property websites, therefore in time Google will devalue property portals. **Argument 2: **
Property portals have more property stock listed on their websites so therefore Google will reward them by ranking these websites higher than the smaller real estate agencies with niche stock in their areas that they operate in. The property portals that already are already in a dominate position already carry authority and their own sense of branding, therefore it's difficult for Google to ignore them. If we assume that Google is looking into user behaviour as a ranking factor, then this will help portals as they have more stock which means higher engagement on the website. What do people think of Google discouraging guest blogging
Google is recommending that websites nofollow any links from press releases or guest blogging. Do people think this is really the new standard and sites could get penalized for guest blogging with follow links? Is anyone changing their strategy after hearing this announcement? Where does this leave people who work in difficult niches (such as gambling)?

Has anybody used Yext or Universal Business Listings as an automated approach to getting clients into all of the many directories? If so does it work? Or does Google penalize in using these automated services?
I'm trying to figure out if using either Yext or Universal Business Listings is worth it. They have reseller programs for SEO agencies. I just am curious what other SEO folks think of these services as I'm considering using one of them to automate and save time for clients. Huge website Search Quality Team problem
One of my clients, have a huge problem. His page which generate traffic over 3 milion unique users per month (GA) has been penalized in January / filtered by Google, reason is simple: incoming links from low quality pages... We try everything from reconsideration request to meeting Google Europe employees (But not directly with search quality team), reconsideration requests (over 10) in 6 month are bounced off we got automatic reply like "This website have still problem, read Google Webmasters FAQ etc." We contacted manually with webmasters which have websites with incoming link to us, some pepole delete with no problem, rest don't take any action to remove our links from webistes...A few days ago we use disavow tool links where we add all links which can be ignored by Google, so.. we make new recosideration data with specific information and yesterday we got the same reply like as beginning of the year.. Like this: "There are still some inorganic links to your site" What we can do? We lost a money, our client lost money, lost position, lost users... Anyone have any idea to contact with Google excluding reconsideration request form and forum?
