Do twitter profile links in bio pass juice?

Links that are added in the "Website" field in a twitter profile are nofollow. However, links added to the "Bio" section are dofollow. This has to mean these links are passing juice correct?

Hey Moz folks, I would like your input on this matter: Twitter recently made a new agreement with Google regarding the SEO & their Tweets. At the moment I have 12 different websites across 12 different markets and I`d like to know how could I use Twitter for all markets, so I can get the most out of the new deal between Twitter and Google SEO wise. If I create 12 different accounts for all my 12 websites and create tweets for all of them, it would really be a very time consuming process, but on the other hand if I only use 1 account how can I target multiple websites ? Gain Access to Google+ Profile
We are having trouble accessing a Google+ profile for a client. We know the profile we want to gain access to, but the client doesn't remember the email or password. The marketing company they worked with before also doesn't know what the email or password is to claim the profile. We have tried contacting Google to gain access to the email, but they were unable to give us the login email due to privacy issues. If you have any suggestions to gain access to this profile, it is greatly appreciated. So, a fairly prominent organization used our company in a case study on their website. They mentioned us in a tweet and linked to the case study on their site. I'd like to promote this to my own followers as well. Is it more appropriate to write a unique tweet mentioning the organization and linking to the case study, or should I just retweet their original tweet.

How to Analyze Twitter Followers
I'm working on an infographic and I need a way to analyse the followers of about 25 to 50 industry twitter accounts to figure what type of people their followers are. twittersheep.com used to do exactly this, look at the profile description area of twitter and produce a tag cloud of a given twitter account's followers based on terms from their profile fields. But they are no longer online. Anyone know of another service that does this ? Or can think of another way to get this data.

Merge Facebook profiles for SEO?
We are considering merging facebook profiles for our three stores. If we do this, users will not be able to "check in" at a location, but wouldn't it be better to have 4,000 fans on one profile than to have 2,500, 1,000, and 500 fans on the three profiles? The main site for these stores is also an ecommerce site.
