Data Missing In Pro Account

Hi All,
I've been using Pro for a couple of years with nothing more than the occasional glitch, however, almost every day there is some kind of data missing from a campaign or two within my account recently. It's got to the point that I send a support ticket most days, no matter how insignificant the problem. Often I just need to disconnect and reconnect Analytics, but it's becoming very frustrating.
Is it just me who's having these issues or do other people have the same problem recently?

Thanks for writing in! I am sorry you are experiencing some issues with your Google Analytics, looks like we are in the process of having this issue looked at on our end to see what is going on. While it is unusual because of the frequency that it is happening, unfortunately whenever you deal with open authentication like what we have going on with Google Analytis, you will run into situations where the connection is sometimes not the most reliable.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to have this looked at to see if there is something going on. Anyone who is also experiencing this can give us an email at help@seomoz.org and we will do our best to resolve it ASAP

When Should I Ignore Moz's Report Canonical Missing?
I'm dealing with an eCommerce website which has a category, subcategory, products. Moz is showing all of these and the individual products as missing a canonical. The site is very thin on content at the moment, but all the pages are clearly different, and I don't see why they need a canonical unless this is some rule that eCommerce sites have to follow. Should I ignore Moz's missing canonical report? My understanding is if the product appears in multiple categories, then a canonical should be put in place to the product. Any advice would be appreciated. Christina

I have couple of questions and really appriciate if you can help me to understand SEOmoz. better. First of all, what is the difference between SEOmoz Pro and Mozscape API? I signed up for 30days free trial and now continue being $99 PROmember.
Is that correct that rate limit is one request every 2 seconds with PRO? and also want to know about free API that I found after signed up for PRO.
Is there any restrictions on free API except for rate limit is one request every 10 seconds? The main reason I signed up for SEOmoz was to use the API link metrics, and because of the language I got really confused now.0 -
Tool bar - Analyse page - Link data
Hi all, Need a little help to understand this link information, if you go to our toolbar it show 1.6 million links on 224 root domains. when you analyse the page using the Tool bar. the link data show the page as having over 3000 internal links but when you go page attributes it shows a more complementary 92 page links we have a menu to all our pages and I am wondering if this is being registered in its entirety

Old data in OSE?
Hello, I know the Mozscape was recently updated, but it's been a week and my site data ( DA, number of backlinks) in Open Site Explorer is still the same. The seomoz toolbar and my pro tools show my DA has increased ( I don't know of another way to verify my backlink count, so I'm not sure on that front). Any idea of the reason behind the disparity? Thanks.

GWT data v SEO Moz data
I'm sure there's a simple explanation but I can't find it- Looking through the GWT avg position data v SEOMoz ranking data and Market Samurai data there is a large discrepancy. For one term that we hold #1, and have held for a month or two GWTis showing that the avg position is 180 (and down 30). Any reason you know of why the GWT avg position data would be so out of whack with our SERP's and other data? Thanks.

Ruling out subfolders in pro tool crawl
Is there a way to "rule out" a subfolder in the pro dashboard site crawl? We're working on a site that has 500,000+ pages in the forums, but its the CMS pages we're optimizing and don't want to spend the 10k limit on forum pages.
