Best Practices in Choose The Right "Meta Description Tag"

Hi there!
In the "Meta Description Tag" we use some relevant-descriptive-useful-for-the-users keywords and we keep the length about 155 characters.
In your opinion guys, is a good idea to add at the end of the "Meta Description Tag" a strong "call to action"? Maybe with some capital letter?
Does it sound strange to Google? Even if this improve the Click Through on the SERPs?
What are the best SEO practice to deal with "Meta Description Tag"?

The meta description tag has lost some of its power, SEO-wise. So you don't need to fill it with keywords - but rather focus on selling your product. The title is still so useful for seo that you need to focus on keywords there, but the description is where you take your customers by the hand and say: come here, let me show you that we got what you need. Think about the AIDA-text model (google it): Attention Interest Desire Action If you can boil all this into your description in 155 characters - your doing better than fine! But don't promise too much. We all hate having customers that open the door to our shop, take a glance from the doorway and shut the door again from the outside. You need the window-display (SERP) to be realistic! And no, to answer your question short: Don't add a "CLICK HERE!" at the end of your description. You should rather "write it in" like: "Find the most sexy dress that makes you the center of attention from handsome gentlemen, right here at Dressmakers Co." SORRY! After editing linebreaks got all weird!

If your brand name is the same as your URL should you include it in your homepage title tag?
I have always felt that having your brand name in every title tag though-out your website when your URL is your brand name is a waste. The space your brand name takes up could be used for more valuable non-branded keywords. If your brand name is unique, the URL (and content optimized with your brand name) should be enough to have you rank #1 across the board in search results. Though I beleive this I still think it is valuable placing your brand name in the back of your homepage title tag. Example: Full Service Advertising Agency | Your Brand Name Any thoughts why you should or shouldn't do this? Isn't this useful for branded purposes? Doe this help click-though rate? Don't you want your visitors to know our brand at first glance of search results? What is the best solution to track conversions on local plumbing site (non-mobile)?
What is the best solution to track conversions on our local plumbing site? 95% of leads coming from phone calls, the rest – from the contact form we have on every page. Listing Products With Descriptions: What Order Should They Be In?
This is more a user experience / conversion rate question than anything else. We sell several levels of membership to our organization. Seven to be exact. They range from Student memberships at $35 a year to very specialized memberships at $4,500 - $6,500 a year. I looked for information on how these products should be listed, but found nothing. Currently, they are listed with the most expensive level listed first. It's the only one displayed above the fold. I believe this is a bad choice. At a glance to a consumer, it looks like a membership costs $4,500 instead of a more reasonable (and more popular) $500 a year price. I don't want to start with the $35 option either. That is heavily discounted for students. Would it be odd to list the best sellers first and then have everything else listed underneath? Or does it need to be in price order? So, if anyone has an opinion or has had experience with something similar or has seen a case study, I'd appreciate the input. Thanks

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Best Approach/Plan Documentation
Hey Mozzers - First off, I am well aware of what CRO is, its benefits, and why it is essential for any inbound or performance marketing campaigns. However i am a total newbie at the actual planning and implementation of CRO, so any advice/feedback on the questions below are much appreciated! When planning a CRO experiment/test what is the best way to document it? Should i develop the full plan ahead of time laying out each element? If so, what elements should i include in this plan? What are the KPIs i should report on? What tools should i use for reporting (i was thinking a blend of Google and Clicktale)? Any lessons learned through out your campaigns? When is it good to use target="_blank"
Hi! Just wondering about user experience and when to use target="_blank" in links on the website. Let's take homepage, for example. Is it better to have social media icons (for Facebook page or Twitter or Google+ page) open in a new window on homepage? When is it appropriate to use target="_blank" and when using it is too much for a user to handle? Am I right to say that target="_blank" should be used when you don't want that link to get on the way of what visitor is doing? What's best for conversion? Google adsense what is the best way to display the ads
Hi. I am using google adsense and trying to find the best way to have them on my pages but being knew i am not sure the best way to lay them out.
