Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
-
I included a screenshot of the report. I had a 111 organic visits for last Mondays past week report, this Monday it is telling me I had 0. It's also telling me I have -10 non-branded keywords.
I know the organic search visits isn't 0. Also, (this part I'm not sure about) but I don't see how I could have a negative amount of non-branded keywords. I would think it would just stop at 0.
Has anyone had something like this happen? Or am I just missing something?
Thanks for any help or comments.

Hi MrFrisbee
I took a look at your campaigns and I can see the bug you are experiencing. The current fix is to reset your GA profile. You will not lose your history as we are only pulling data from Google. Go into campaign settings, change your profile to another then switch it back. This will refresh your traffic data.
We are working on resolving this and unfortunately I do not have an ETA. I do apologize for any inconvenience may be causing.
Hope that helps!

I have the exact same problem with a -178 last week and +604 this week. Perhaps MOZ can explain more clearly what the fix is as it is obviously nonsense.
Looking at this again, the Campaign Overview figures do no match the Full Traffic Data page (Organic Traffic Data) where the numbers above change from -178 to 560 so the Moz reports are not consistent in the data they are reporting between pages.

Hey Everyone!
We're seeing a few accounts showing huge discrepancies with traffic data and have found success in re-connecting to Google Analytics.
Let us know if that is not working for you.
Cheers!

Last crawl I had the same problem. One of my campaigns dropped from 8000 visits to 0. The other campaigns were fine. According to Google Analytics everything was fine. I'm waiting to see if the current moz crawl happening for me right now fixes that issue.

The other option is just hop on your GA and compare data manually. The Moz tools are pulling this data from there anyway.

I'm not the expert, but we have seen the same issue, and the best answer we have discovered is that patience is a virtue.
We have seen SEO results all over the board over the past 11 years we have been working SEO. The best thing to do is NOT chase results. After all the information gathered by a spider and then later reported on is automation at its worst. We are subject to automated spiders doing their thing un monitored, left to their means and not 100% supervised.
Its not until after lots of results or non results a supervisor will reset things and set automation back in motion again. By chasing a single bad result or two will throw your SEO efforts into a tail spin.
My advise? Go get a cup of coffee and wait for the next round to happen.

I haven't had my data refreshed yet since 5/26 so I couldn't answer this but I would contact support.

Emails from Moz display incorrect report information
Hey, I have noticed that for the last 3 weeks or so the emails from Moz have been displaying incorrect information. The results it shows in the email seem to be from previous crawls. For example The previous week a sitemap that didn't update that caused 400+ pages to appear as 404's. This wasn't reported in the email and it stated there were only 2 errors on the site. (Of which we knew about anyway and choose to ignore). Thankfully i checked the crawl report anyway out of habit and saw the onsite report to show 400+ crawl errors. I went on to fix these errors. This week, the crawl report showed 400+ crawl errors, I immediately logged on to the website to check the campaign to find there are only the 2 expected crawl errors. It is almost as if the info from the campaign is being pulled and emailed to me seconds before it is updated from the crawl info. I am finding this to be the case in both the keyword and crawl errors email reports.
