How do I stop these duplicate reports being emailed?
-
It used to be that I received just one weekly report per campaign when using MozPro.
Over the last couple of weeks/month (since creating MozAnalytics reports) I've started to receive 2 reports for the same campaign...with no different whatsoever, apart from the time that they have been sent.
I've been back into the old MozPro campaigns and deleted any automated reports that were being generated there, and so now I should have just one weekly MozAnalytics report from each campaign.
Has anyone had this problem before and do they know how to fix it? Getting really annoying, especially with 13 campaigns resulting in 26 emails!
Thanks

Anytime!
Cheers

Looks like the issues have been sorted, received a number of reports this morning, and each has only come through once.
Fingers crossed it's been sorted and it won't start happening again!
Thanks again David

It appears this is not a bug but how our reports are generated if data from other sources are delayed which in this case you will want to use the report from the 2nd copy that was sent as it will contain updated traffic data. So only if certain data is updated later, an updated report will be generated. Currently we are experiencing issues with Google with some traffic data taking a while to import so as long as your weekly data is updated at the same time, you will only see one report.
Hope this helps!

Great news, thanks for your help David. Look forward to your response.

I found that one and a few others were definitely sent twice from our system. I will have our engineers take a look and will let you know what I find out. I should have a response within 24 hours!

The most recent duplicate report I have been sent was earlier today was from campaign Carrylift Group and the subject of the email was: Your weekly custom report for Carrylift Group is ready!
I received one of the reports at 3:44am and the other (exact same report) at 9:49am GMT.

I will just need an example of the last campaign that send two emails and what was the subject of the email?
-
Hi David
It's all active campaigns listed under this account (bricktech). Can you grab the list using the account name, or do need me to list them all?
Thanks
-
What is the campaign name(s) that are sending two reports?
-
I still want the weekly reports, but only want one of them.
At the minute I'm receiving the same report twice for one campaign.
I've only got one custom report set up that is set to automatically send me crawl/rankings once a week, but each week I'm receiving the same report twice and can't see why.
-
Hello!
If you have custom reports configured and no longer need the weekly updates for the standard crawl/ranking updates you can disable notifications within the campaign settings in the email notification tab.
Here is a screenshot: http://static.seomoz.org/uploads/email-notifications.jpg
Hope this helps!

Solved Duplicate content error affecting 142 pages
Hello,
Product Support | | EISMarketing
Recently I noticed a new duplicate error notification.
This page: https://www.earley.com/insights/internet-things-and-product-data
is flagged as 'duplicate content' with 142 affected pages.
Here's an example of one of the affected pages:
https://www.earley.com/insights/how-ontologies-drive-digital-transformation
This is not an ecommerce site. The affected pages are blog posts. We are pretty prolific writers and over the years we have produced nearly 300 articles. We are a consulting firm and the articles are about our area of expertise and cover a wide range of topics within that space.
I just don't understand why this would be flagged as duplicate or what I'm supposed to do with this information!
Help!
Thanks!

Change email address just for communication with Moz
I want to keep my email address as it is now for all of my profiles, however to manage my MOZ account I prefer that my assistant get the emails. If I change my email address on the Moz account will that trigger a change anywhere else? Thanks, Cindy Cindy@PTScoaching.com

Duplicate Content on a page that isn't duplicate?
So, I've been working on a site for a while, and they recently had one of their blog posts marked as "duplicate content" on Moz Pro: https://ashlandbreastpumps.com/blog/breast-milk-storage-guidelines/ Reviewing this post, there's nothing here to suggest that it should be considered duplicate. Link is marked canonical, there are no weird domain shenanigans to cause confusion, the content is distinct, and there's a lot of content there that prevents it from being overcome by coding white noise (So "more content" wouldn't be a solution here). So I'm trying to figure out why this particular post was flagged. Did Moz Pro make a mistake?

When creating new users, they are not receiving an email to set up. Does anyone know if this is a fault or can advise me?
Just upgraded to full account so unlimited users can be created but they're simply not receiving the email to set it up.

Older Reports
I'm newer to Moz...Is there a way for me to look at older reports? For example, I want to compare January numbers with December numbers but I did not save my December reports. I'm hoping this is just something small, but please let me know if this is possible!

What is the difference between the "Crawl Issues" report and the "Crawl Test" report?
I've downloaded the CSV of the Crawl Diagnositcs report (which downloads as the "Crawl Issues" report) and the CSV from the Crawl Test Report, and pulled out the pages for a specific subdomain. The Crawl Test report gave me about 150 pages, where the Crawl Issues report gave 500 pages. Why would there be that difference in results? I've checked for duplicate URLs and there are none within the Crawl Issues report.

Only sections are showing on PDF report?
Around a quarter of the modules selected are actually showing on a report? Unsure if this is an issue on Moz's part or my own - It has previously been fine and printed the whole report as requested (June was fine) The same report this month is only part compiling. I have also manually created another report (with the same modules) and the exact thing happened. Also - When choosing a campaign no stats show up there any longer, not a big problem but quite annoying all the same. Thanks in advance for any help, Alex

How do I pull a report to show duplicate page content including links to the pages that are duplicates?
I need to send a report to my developers including the url's which have duplicate page content. Unfortunately the Moz download report only includes the pages that are affected by duplicate page content.
