A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email

Hi,
It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook).
This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails.
Maybe its only me but it happens to me on two active questions I have with you (2 different new response emails I got).

Thanks for all your feedback and comments here so far Our devs are aware of this issue and are taking steps to handle this ASAP. I do agree that it would be easy to simply remove the avatar in the CSS design of the email, but this would impact all the non-outlook users (there's a lot of them too). So the approach we are taking will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone, which we are hoping to test the fix soon!
Thanks everyone for their patience and using the workaround so far. We won't disappoint!

Thanks but there is no solution there...
I understand that there might be a problem with one of the images but I must recommend that till they resolve it to remove that picture from the emails.
It drives me crazy

Just happened to me again with this new response.
It gets the outlook stuck for approximately 30 seconds.This is the only mail (or mails) that I noticed that cause it! (including your other emails).
Moz top 10 and rankings reports are working ok.

Same here. Causes my outlook to stop responding for a bit every time I try to open/look at one of those response emails.

Campaign Update Notification Anomaly and some misc questions re Moz Analytics
Hi I received an email late last night (GMT) saying one of my campaigns had updated yet looking at the campaign online says last updated on the 13th ? Normally my campaigns have fully updated for the week by Wednesday latest. Other Notifications & Misc Queries: A Key Words on-page score has increased from 36 to 96 (these used to be letters, has grading changed ?) yet no on-page work has been carried out on this particular page for many months so how can it change so radically, is it just that Moz crawler has only just taken note of it ? When is the on-page opportunities section going to be complete/fixed (as in include a KW) i asked about this soon after it was launched but still lacks the all important kw to give it meaning/a useful tool. Am i right in thinking that until it includes the kw its totally meaningless ? When clicking Question Category (below) i cant change slection after clicking a radio button it cant be un-clicked, is this prob my side or yours ? All Best Dan

Why is Moz tracking search results for UK if I have my campaign settings set for US?
One of our clients is marked in Moz Analytics as ranking 24th, but we don't see that when we search for the same key term. However, when we hover over the Universal Image Results icon, we noticed that the ranking is actually for google.co.uk/search. The campaign settings for this campaign are all set to use google.com or the US version. Does anyone know why Moz is bringing in these UK results? dKJAU2F

Analytic goals in Moz
We should have the ability to see any and all conversions goals, as defined in analytics, in Moz. After all, the whole point of marketing, SEO, PPC, Social, etc. is to drive sales or leads that create sales right? So, why should we have a dashboard tool that doesn't show us the 1 thing that ultimately matters the most? I understand that Moz simply wasn't designed to do this, but I think that should change. After all, we are in this to make money I hope. My 2 Cents. Micha

Archived campaigns not in Moz Analytics
Hi team! Working in the awesome new Moz Analytics, I happened to notice that all (but one) of our archived campaigns seem to be missing from Moz Analytics (in the "Manage Your Campaigns" area). How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.
