Avoid Multiple Page Title Elements
Web pages are meant to have a single title, and for both accessibility and search engine optimization reasons, we strongly recommend following this practice.
Recommendation: Remove all but a single page title element.
I can't see it, can you?
-
Theres me being all organised and giving each advert a header!
Thanks for the pointer!
-
Yes I can.
There are 5 title tags on that page and they are:
<title><br />Choosing The Right Towels | TowelsRus.co.uk<br /></title>
<title>Free Delivery & Returns</title>
<title>Home Page Adverts</title>
<title>Choosing The Right Towels</title>
<title>Social Media & Trade Advert</title>
Only the first one appears in the head of the code, but there's no need to have the tags in the other four instances. Replace these tags with either
or
tags.
Hope this helps.

Can you transcribe your youtube video to just google?
YouTube videos have been very effective for us on our site. The only problem is they have taken part of a fair amount of our content so to google our pages may seem to have minimal content. Transcribing each video and including that on the page would take away from the look of the page and clutter it. Is there a way to let google know the content without having to include it on the page? You can find an example page at https://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/halii-kai-rentals/

How can I write unique and seductive product descriptions about multiple, very similar products?
We are an eCommerce store who sell personalised phone cases, macbook covers, mugs and the like. Our target market is primarily 16-25 and female. We're in the process of redesigning our website www.mrnutcase.com and we desperately need some more enticing product descriptions before the redesign goes live. The problem is that most of our products are exactly the same. For example iPhone 5 case, iPhone 5S Case etc. At the moment our product descriptions are almost the same, but written in a slightly different way. Not only is this dangerous in terms of duplicate content, but it's also extremely boring for the user. With our users being young and female, writing about boring technical specifications isn't going to cut it with the crowd. Obviously, i want each of our pages to rank in Google so I don't want to NoIndex or canonicalize any pages or anything. How can I write unique and enticing product descriptions for very similar products? Would appreciate any ideas! Thanks, Danny

Rich snippets for multiple breadcrumbs
Hey there,
On-Page Optimization | | Supertramp
I have been playing around with rich snippets for multiple breadcrumbs for quite a bit now - without any success. It would be great if someone could point me to an example where this has been implemented correctly. I followed the Google recommendation but it doesn't seem to work for me. Title Tag and Company Name
Hello everyone! The company I work for has an e-commerce site that needs to be optimized. I am starting from the title tags which are too long and need optimized for specific keywords. Thing is that each title tag contains the specific keywords for the page and the company name. My question is should I keep the company name within the title tags or should I just keep the keywords I target for those pages? How will it affect my rank? Cheers Oscar

How many keywords max can I optimize each page for?
I don't want to over optimize by doing 1 keyword per 1 page, but then if I do more, seomoz on-page tool report doesn't give an A grade for each keyword I optimize. I usually optimize for max 3 keywords that are very closely related, meaning they use the same words. Ex. dentist los angeles, los angeles dentist, dentist in los angeles Am I on the right track or what's your recommendation? Should I create different landing pages for each keyword?

Strange titles showing in WMT?
On one of my wordpress sites, I have just checked it out in Google Webmaster tools and under duplicate titles it is showing spam titles which I did not add? Lamisil Buy - Buy Online on two pages of the site However these two pages are no longer online? So I have 2 quick questions please 1.) How did they add a title to these 2 pages 2.) Why is it still showing in WMT when these pages are no longer live? Also under duplicate titles it is showing pages that dont exist? i.e. ?yonidza=orde and some of which such as weddings.html are pages from the old site structure that no longer exist - how can I reduce these errors down?

Can you recommend a few resources for Yahoo SEO
We get very little traffic from Yahoo Search and it seems only 15%-20% of our pages are indexed by Yahoo and Bing although we do submit sitemaps to both of them. Do you have some tips or resources (articles, blogs, books) you could recommend for Yahoo Search optimization?
