Socila networks in the footer

I have placed some social icons into footer by using some html code I found on wordpress .org but I realized that the links to my social networks are all follow.
I assume this a problem to have 4 follow links in every footer, isn't it?
Also the icons are in one line, is there a way I can add more icons underneath? The site is villasdiani.com

Meanwhile I used a bit of code I found somewhere, which also have the nowfollow tags as I also added 2 more social icons. I hope the code is good:-)

Hi Iris,
I don't see any issues in having 4 links to your own social network accounts without a nofollow attribute. They're your own social network accounts so why not give them the right credits. I think you shouldn't to worry about things like this, they're really really minor details.

Duplicating content on more than one social network
I am just getting in to social media for my company and i can find an answer to my questions. Different people give a different answer. Question: i have written a post and uploaded it to our Google+ page. If i upload the same post / content to our Facebook page, will this fall foul of the 'duplicate content' rule with Penguin? How can i make our social network site rank higher?
Our site is currently not in the first 3 pages of Google. it is a social networking site that requires users to login/ register. Much of the content is therefore user generated and is as diverse as the users themselves. The problem is that SEOmoz crawler is not even picking up the keywords i inserted into the site.
