Open Explorer reports bug?

Hi,
Is there a bug in open explorer?
I've run a few backlink reports but when I download to csv the csv's are empty... It's kinda wasted most of my afternoon

Thanks for your patience. It looks like the reports completed yesterday and they do now have data in them. Please take a look and let me know if you are still seeing any issues.

Hey Amelia,
I am so sorry that your reports didn't return any data. I've run a couple of the same reports and they completed for me with no problem, so I am not certain what may be causing the issue here. I am going to try to push these reports through again from the back end for you to see if we can get you a better report. I will follow up with you again once that process has completed.

Open Site Explorer is finding old html Files that havn't been on my site in two years... even after a 301 Redirect. HELP!

My problem started when I became aware that when I checked my backlinks for the past two years, it states that no backlinks have been found.  When I ran a site analysis on SEMrush - No backlinks are found on the URL, or Domain. There are 7 Backlinks on the Root Domain and those were configured in 2012. I made a second domain www.columbusweddingphotographersreviews.comwhere I linked to my domain at www.morganlindsayphotography.com so I could test that google had crawled both websites and after, still no backlink was found. I have also been published on a dozen or so wedding websites that has linked to my website where they are follow links and still nothing. (http://www.brendasweddingblog.com/blogs/2015/2/23/an-elegant-fall-wedding-in-ohio-with-morgan-lindsay-photography) **Website Background-  **
In 2012 I had two separate websites - One for Seniors that was an HTML website I build in Dreamweaver at www.morganlindsayphotography/seniors  and another for Wedding Clients found at www.morganlindsayphotography.com/Wedding - (wordpress) I had a Splash page wish was found atwww.morganlindsayphotography.com. Two years ago when I became aware splash pages were frowned upon in Google, I combined the two websites and stayed with the Wordpress which was www.morganlindsayphotography.com/WeddingÂ
Because I did not want users to have to go to www.morganlindsayphotography.com/Wedding to view my url, Godaddy moved my wordpress site from thewww.morganlindsyphotography.com/Wedding directory towww.morganlindsayphotography.com When I ran the Open Site Explorer with Moz I found after runningwww.morganlindsayphotography.com the TOP pages on this domain according to Page Authority are old HTML files from my senior website, as well as old Posts from when my wordpress site was found atwww.moragnlindsayphotography.com/WeddingsÂ
No current pots or pages are showing up besideswww.morganlindsyphotography.com I do run a cache management system to speed up my system and recently cleaned out my .htcacess folder and still had no luck. This is difficulty something **Last night I made a 301 Redirect in my htaccess for all the old links pointing to the new links as best as I could.  My htacess folder looks like this.. Why does Open site explorer only show a fraction of the linked Domains that Google does?
One of my sites ( http://www.georgerossphotography.com ) Â shows 19 root domains and 155 links on Open Site Explorer. This doesn't pass the sniff test with me and when I look at Google Webmasters they show 120 domains with 1,870 links. I am assuming that Google use it's own data for ranking purposes which makes me question the validity of Open Site Explorer? Am I missing something ? Â I have been using OSE as my primary tool and now I feel that it has little value. I would appreciate any feedback. George.

Open Site Explorer doesn't show local directories or citation links?
Why is it that when I run a link analysis for my local business sites I don't see any links from Yelp, Google+, Facebook, any local citations? Regardless of them being follow or no follow isn't the hyperlink to a website from a Yelp profile considered a link? Same with any other local business directory? I know the company is listed on a few dozen because I can see it manually but it's not showing up in Moz? Why is it that all local directories and citations with website are omitted? And since it is not there, where is a good place to go to discover these things? I have tried whitespark. It was okay but honestly I wasn't terribly impressed. The data was good, the UI was just okay, but with smaller clients it was an initial check and then very occasional checks that needed to happen. We would go months without using it.

Why do 0 back links show for my website in Open Site Explorer?
I've read and understand that all back link tools results will vary from one another but Open Site Explorer and some others find 0 linking to my site. Webmaster tools show 46 back links. Is this because they are all "no follow"? I'm trying to get a grip on SEO but am very confused from the get go. Thanks, Todd

Open Site Explorer does not show my website backlinks
My website URL - packforcity.com I have backlinks from pinterest, flickr, yahoo, etc. but open site explorer does not show any in backlinks. my pinterest PA is 47.??? any suggestions why it does not show in backlinks?

External Followed Links report
I would like to know, how do I get a report with the TOTAL amount of my external followed links.When I look on "Link Metric" it shows me:Â External Followed Links 2,951
Link Explorer | | AutoEuropeBut when I looked on Inbound links (only follow / only external), it shows me only 645. Why is that and how do I get the total from 2.951?
