Hi 1akal,
Drilling further down into the GetListed.org page vzPRO linked to, you will find two sections that will help you:
https://getlisted.org/static/resources/local-citations-by-city.html
https://getlisted.org/static/resources/local-citations-by-category.html
I also recommend that you check out the Local Search Ecosystem 2013 infographic to understand the relationship between data providers:
http://moz.com/blog/2013-local-search-ecosystems
Adam Steele wrote a very good post on US citations earlier this year:
http://www.leanmarketing.ca/lean-top-50-best-local-citation-sources-in-the-usa/
However, if you are not located in a major city, you may not find a lot of preexisting lists of things like classified, local blogs, news sites, etc., for your city. You will likely need to do your research beyond the broad data provided by resources like the ones I've linked to, above. In that event, you will need to learn how to judge the quality of a citation. There is no standardized way to do so, but I really like Darren Shaw's article on this topic:
http://www.whitespark.ca/blog/post/12-how-to-identify-quality-citation-sources
Hope these resources help you!

I've linked to a basic version of one I've built and use for my clients. It's not ALL of them but the ones listed are free. You'll still need to find directories in your local area that will help them but it's a good starting point.
You can also use a service like Yext.com for more but there is a fee to use them.
Also, here is some resources for citation building best practices. These are from getlisted.org a company owned by Moz.com:

Lots of 404s listed in Top Pages by Page Authority
Hi guys, I'm slowly getting to grips with all the aspects of using Moz.

Looking at my link analysis, under the tab labelled Top Pages by Page Authority, there's an awful lot of 404 pages listed. Are these pages which are being linked to (either internally or externally), and should I put a 301 redirect on all the pages listed? I've attached a picture... moz-screen-shot.jpg0 -
How to Combine the Moz Keyword Difficulty Tool with Google Keyword Planner for LOCAL (city/town) Results
Hi there, I wish that Moz would show local (city/town) results in their Keyword Difficulty Tool. But they don't, so here's my question: I'm trying to rank for keywords "interior design" in a local geographic area in the US. When using Google KWP, I'm selecting all the towns I want to rank in, and searching against the keywords INTERIOR DESIGN. The search volume appears to be approx. 370 a month. What I'm not sure about is whether I should instead (or in addition to), be searching for INTERIOR DESIGN (CITY), and leaving the geographic selection as US. What is most accurate? OR...should I search for INTERIOR DESIGN (CITY) in Moz's Keyword tool? How do you guys do it?

Local Vs Organic Search Keyword Ranking
This isn't a question. It's a simple suggestion that I'm hoping will inspire a change at Seomoz. I love what this site does. What it helps us do as community. What it helps us achieve collectively. This suggestion is based on that love... I think we all can agree that the rankings between local reviews and organic reviews are very different beasts entirely. They should then be treated this way within the Seomoz data with separate reports. The vast majority of reputable small businesses don't care about national rankings, but would rather get to the top of the local charts with their 5-star reviews. Can you imagine the power of a report that is dedicated to helping you shape your client's results to achieve this? I like seeing the results of local in the keyword report, but we need a report dedicated to local search to make a difference in our rankings. With all of the recent chatter on local search, I'm surprised this isn't already available.

Where do I post this list of hacked sites?
Hey guys, Fairly new to SEOmoz but loving it so far. I was working on a new clients site a noticed some spammy links added right before the tag. Used Open site explorer to list the domains linking to the url and found nearly 300 unsuspecting domains. Some like heartresearch.com.au which just drives me craaazy, I have already emailed them. Below is the list. http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links.html?group=0&page=3&site=www.rhcie.com Short of emailing every single person can anyone suggest a forum or such that would be helpful for posting this information ? I know it's just a few links but it is frustrating to me and If I can do something about it I would like to. Thanks in advance. Jason

Local SEO Rankings Report Tools (based on several locations)?
Hi, Just a quick question. I am looking for a Rankings Report tool that allows a user to not only provide a list of Keywords, but also a list of Locations for which to check Google UK's ranking results. In practice, I would like to be able to enter 6 names of Towns next to my keyword list and get "localised results". Many thanks in advance, Cheers Greg

What should be cols value if I want to get Backlinks?
Hi, I am forming below url to get backlinks. http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/".$trimurl."?Cols=2048 &AccessID=".$accessID." &Expires=".$expires." &Signature=".$urlSafeSignature; For Example, if I keep $trimurl = "www.tatvic.com/" , I get [uid] => 633. Is this a right way to get number of backlinks ? If not, what should be the 'Cols' value? Also, how can I ensure that the number of links I am getting is correct ? Is there any way to compare this number with Google search results? This is very essential to check as I got different number of backlinks on different APIs. Thank you.

Duplicate page titles are the same URL listed twice
The system says I have two duplicate page titles. The page titles are exactly the same because the two URLs are exactly the same. These same two identical URLs show up in the Duplicate Page Content also - because they are the same. We also have a blog and there are two tag pags showing identical content - I have blocked the blog in robots.txt now, because the blog is only for writers. I suppose I could have just blocked the tags pages.
