Anyone know what LinkedIn Lite is?
-
For the last week or so I've noticed a steady stream of traffic from "linkedin.com/lite". I don't recall seeing this referral URL previously, but there to one blog post there was more than 10,000 visitors from that referral URL. Since then, the traffic has died down a bit, but other blog posts are starting the get visits from the same referral. The full linkedin URL is just a redirect though, so I can't tell where on LinkedIn the visits are coming from.
Has anyone noticed this as well? Or have any insight as to what the Lite is? I thought it was LinkedIn Pulse, but that has a different referral URL (at least the mobile app does). I'm just curious as to where this content is posted so I can optimize and try to get more content there.
Thanks in advance for your help!

That makes sense, thanks.

Hi Gregory,
It seems like that links on your newsfeed are now redirected through this URL. Clicking the first link in my timeline already showed this. Because that is the last URL before your own site would prove that the new URL will be logged as the referral path.

Since implementing GDPR, has anyone seen website traffic plummet?
On December 1 and 2, I implemented a cookie banner on 5 of my Wix sites (https://www.sanitationsolutionsinc.com is one example) in order to be in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD. Since then my traffic according to Wix Analytics and Google Analytics has plummeted. Anyone else have the same issue? How did you fix it?

Uptick in not tracked conversions / anyone have a list of things that google analytics will not track
There seems to have been an uptick in users on our site not being tracked in Google Analytics cause I see a lot more un-tracked revenue in the last 6 months then I used to. I know analytics is still working as it has been tracking a normal amount of visits but I assumed there might be a reason less would be actually showing up in analytics (mabye a change is what is being reported as organic). I know a lot of stuff goes into "not provided" such as logged in search and stuff like that but is there a list of all of the ones that go into not provided and all that just do not get tracked (javascript not enabled, iOS?). If it could be something else as well let me know. Thanks for the help!

Has anyone experienced Google Analytics track the page visit to a "thank you" page, but not the goal conversion?
Has anyone experienced where Google Analytics would track the page visit to a "thank you" page, but not the goal conversion that should result? The goal had worked for a long time as it is as just a goal url with head match. No funnel. Not case sensitive. For about four days now, no conversions have been recorded, but Google Analytics shows hundreds of people visited the page that should trigger the goal. Additionally, we have received the hundreds of leads. A Screaming Frog search shows the code is embedded throughout the site. For the interested, the GA code looks like (and the 8 Xs are the correct number on the site): Am I missing something?
