Viewing 'overall' data for multiple Google Analytics accounts
-
Is there any way you can view data from all of your Google Analytics accounts?
For example, if I wanted to view know how much mobile traffic all my sites had, could I do this? Rather than just looking at each site individually.
Thanks

Depending on your abilities within Analytics/coding, here is the link to Google Developers that explains how to do track multiple sites as if tracking one.
If you are tracking a single parameter, like visits for example, you could simply download each into a .csv file then aggregate in Excel. Again, this is for less robust needs.

Problems with analytics, conversation data and assisted conversions
Hi guys. Having issues with analytics. Firstly, it doesn't record all our sales accurately. My boss downloaded a sales report directly from our site, and it doesn't match up to the analytics, our actual sales were significantly higher than Google analytics was reporting (by about a 1/3). Any idea why Google is missing so many of the conversions? Also, I'm trying to work our how many assisted conversion we are getting from our ad words campaigns. I've been looking through our top conversion path data to try find conversions that started with a paid click. However, I seem to have some inconsistencies. We have only one ad words group that is on the display network (Re-marketing V1 Ad group 1) , and according to analytics we have a conversion from it (See Screen shot 1). However, there is no record of this in our ad words data. (See screen shot 2). This is over the same time period. I don't know what to take from this. Can anyone help? Isaac. How to setup Google Analytic goals that go to different urls?
I would like to setup my form's conversion rate as a goal in my Google Analytics account. The goal is complete when someone enters their information and hits submit. Logically, the "Thank you page" would be the destination url for the goal. My problem is that the thank you page is outside of the primary domain, for example, my site is: SiteExampl.com but the Thank you URL is thankyouurl.com Is it possible to setup a goal like this? If so how. Thanks in advance!

Using Filters On Google Analytics
Hi Guys, I am In need of some technical help with regards to Google analytics. One of my clients has a site providing HR Software on SaaS basis. The users login via the site for the various HR Tools. Obviously this is skewing the analytics data and showing 10,000+ extra visitors that actually don't exist. Now I understand i can add filters and exclude certain pages for instance the login page, however, some users will visit the home page then click login. How can I exclude them just to show new visitors to the site rather than users that are just trying to login. Hope this makes sense Neil

Client has two default analytics accounts
A client has provided me with their analytics access but i notice that there are two default accounts on their account. They have two UA numbers. The first UA number is in their company name and the other UA number is in another company name with my clients website underneath. Their UA number in their company name is not showing any results however the other company UA number is showing results. Does anyone know why they will have two accounts and if this will cause a problem when trying to link their seo moz campaign to their analytics to track their keywords?

Google Analytics Content Experiments don't deliver 50/50?
Our A/B test is actually delivering at about a 70/30 page view rate. 70% in favor of the original version and only 30% of the new. We are sending 100% of our traffic to this homepage test. Has anyone else experienced this? There seems to be a lot of folks experiencing this.....anyone know why?

What impact will Google's 10/18/2011 announcement of 'Making Search More Secure' have on the ability to track specific keyword queries via Analytics?
The full announcement is here: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2011/10/making-search-more-secure.html My concern is that the ability for Google Analytics to parse information on specific keyword queries will be diminished. The article hints that Google Webmaster Tools will be exempt from the problem, and I've never relied on Webmaster tools as a go-to for tying specific keyword queries to Goal Tracking (form submissions and sales). The community's thoughts on this one are appreciated. 🙂
