SEO Administrator for Mac?

Hi guys,
I've started used a Mac the other day and I got a problem in terms of keep track of sites I've obtained links on. I used to use SEO Administrator for that but it won't work on a Mac. What Mac software (preferably free) could you recommend so that it keeps track of the links I got (and notifies me when a link is gone or if the admin changed it somehow.

One of the toughest things about switching to a Mac is compatibility issues with SEO software. SEO Administrator, like many other 'SEO' software programs is only compatible with PC.
I, personally, use Parallels for these types of issues and to run programs like Xenu, Internet Business Promoter and the like.
While I've heard good things about Boot Camp, I find Parallels consistently performs better.

If there is a piece of windows software that you can't live without or can't find a suitable replacement for then you could always either run Boot Camp on your mac or VMWare Fusion.
I personally have VMWare Fusion installed on my Mac to run Windows if I need it.
Alternatively, you could try WineBottler to run the windows application on your Mac.

Do any presentation sites, Slideshare, Google Slides, HaikuDeck offer great SEO links?
I do a lot of public speaking and normally upload my slides somewhere so people can access later. With most sites I can upload to Slideshare or similar, then embed into my own site. I do it for audience convenience, but it would be swell to get an SEO bump.

Article submission web-sites and SEO
Does article submission web-sites have any impact to SEO in these days? There are a lot of good/not so good article submission databases, but does it really matter if you spend a time to write unique articles for them? I mean, is it a good way for link-building, or should I spend more time for other parts of SEO? There are also a special websites (for example SubmitYourArticle) which automate this process, does it make sense to use this services? Alternates? Hey everybody. I have been reading several resources on SEO, and wanted to know your opinion on these topics. I know they are diverse and should be on a different set of questions, but i wanted to give it a try. I run a Heavily Specialized Steel B2B eCommerce Site. So my question would be what is the importance of the following topics, taking into mind the nature of my site. The importance on how often the page is updated ? Recommendations on updating relatively static pages ? How important is to meet HTML and W3C Standards, also its validation. The NoFollow and Follow ratio of incoming links. Should I become a regular contributor to help my SEO link building?
I've been offered the opportunity to contribute to a blog as often as I want and have a link included at the bottom of each post. Will this be much help to me in my link building SEO campaign? As I understand it more links from different root domains are what really count? So 20 links each from a different site is more valuable that 20 links from one site? Should I take up this opportunity or are my efforts best spent elsewhere?

Do incoming affiliate links help with SEO?
Quick question: If my affiliates promote an ebook via an e-junkie affiliate link that points to a sales page on my domain, will I get any SEO benefit from the links?
