Top Pages Report References URLs from a Different Domain

I am running a Top Pages Report using Open Site Explorer and it's returning that the top pages for examplesiteA.org are examplesiteB.com.
Important to note that examplesiteA.org was a dormant domain for a few years. We recently purchased it and are in the process of reviving it.
Has anyone experienced this before? Would this suggest that canonical link elements were put in place prior to it going dormant and that the top pages for this site are now assumed to be on examplesiteB.com?

Hmm that sounds like pretty abnormal behavior to me. Would you be able to give me an example of a domain where you're seeing that happen?

How quickly does Domain Authority and Page Authority update
Hi, I think I read somewhere that domain authority and page authority are updated twice a month - is this true? The reason I ask is because I had a very successful content piece released last month (around 20th May) that received some great links (mainly to a landing page, but also many links to my home page) from highly respected sources such as Time.com, Spin.com, RollingStone.com, DailyMail.co.uk... However, my domain authority hasn't changed at all, and the page authority for the page is only 47, which I was hoping would be higher for a page that received millions of visitors, 100k+ Facebook likes, and a wealth of sites linking in. Also, in OpenSiteExplorer, when checking against my home page, it says there are no Just-Discovered links for the last 60 days - again, I'm puzzled, as my home page has been referenced by many leading news sites. Drastic drop in LRD from OSE report has me confused... Any idea why?
We just got our report from OSE and a week ago we had over 80 LRD's with DA34/PA44 and now we see only 27 LRD's DA32/PA34? Why such a significant drop in our LRD's which I'm sure has affected everything else in the software. We checked Google Webmasters and don't see a drop in our linking URLs. We see it fluctuate all the time, but nothing like this. I'm not so much concerned with DA/PA at the moment as I know that dropped from lack of data the system can read, but why did over 60% of our LRDs disappear overnight? Anyone else seeing this happen to them? Our URL is whiteboardcreations.com

Need advice on creating link report
I am trying to create a new report that will show the effectiveness of each link source in terms of delivering traffic and how quality that traffic is with regard to conversions.... With that, I want to know how I can first get a list of all external links to any page on my subdomain and then align that list with traffic/conversion data in Google Analytics. Can someone provide me step by step instructions on this? I assume I would start with Open Site Explorer and export the list of external links to pages on my subdomain. My issue lies in how to get the same general list out of GA that lines up with the urls in the OSE export. I have tried referrals, but that does not give me a compatible list.

Unable to download CSV Report
Hi, I have the email notifying me that my report is ready to download but the link simply opens a blank webpage. If I go to 'Recent CSV Reports' I can see my report listed but if I click the download button nothing happens. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks Hugh

Root Domain and Subdomain Links OpenSite Explorer
I'm using opensite explorer trying to explore who is linking to my clients site. In the main blue area it shows total links as 20, which I understand is to the specific page. In the Root Domain Metrics it shows 4,032 external links. Sub domain Metrics shows 1,973. How do I find out where the links are? I tried creating a advanced link report with the "Links that to" are checked off as "any page on this root domain" and only shows 91 of the links? What am I doing wrong or missing?
