Hi Alick,
That is not an automatic feature of Enhanced Ecommerce. Did you change any other aspect of your setup when you implemented the enhanced tracking?
The recommended approach is to list your two payment gateways in your referral exclusion list. Simo Ahava has another interesting approach, though it's perhaps more appropriate where you have many different payment providers linking to the thank you page. While I'm not exactly sure why your referrals disappeared, I wouldn't rely on just having Enhanced Ecommerce set up — make sure the referral exclusion list is up to date too.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for reply. Yes I'm talking about payment gateway referrals in GA. I'm using paypal and epdq.o.uk. I just want to confirm once that is it possible that by applying enhance ecommerce tracking payment gateway referrals disappeared or my guess is wrong?
Thanks

Hi Alick!
I think we may need a bit more information to get you a good answer. When you say referrals, do you mean in Google Analytics? What payment system are you using? What solution are you referring to?

Does referral exclusions remove the ecommerce value from Google Analytics?
Quick question on Referral exclusions. We have a client that just rebuilt their Magento website, referral data from Paypal was never an issue, the site properly attributed to source. New web devs finished the site and all purchases through Google Analytics from PayPal Is now showing as referral traffic. Doing research on the issue the suggestion was to create a referral exclusion in GA from PayPal. My question on that, will the ecommerce value default to the previous referral or will it delete the e-commerce value completely from what is gathered?

.com site referral traffic to ccTLDs
We have 7 international domains set up along with our main .com site. All of the ccTLds are showing their main referral traffic as coming from the .com site in GA, and most of those being from mobile. Each site is set up correctly with geo-targeting and hreflang tags. Has anyone experienced this before?

Filters for referral bots ineffective
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I've been trying to block spam from my client's analytics for over a month and I just can't seem to get it right. I am beyond frustrated. Here is a list of the filters I have: http://imgur.com/a/SVvEA#0 And here is referral traffic from them regardless: http://imgur.com/a/SVvEA#1 Specifically this is what the filter looks like. Am I doing something wrong here? http://imgur.com/a/SVvEA#2 I have also put a filter in place to block traffic from Russia, and it doesn't seem to be working 100% either. http://imgur.com/a/SVvEA#3 On top of that, it seems anytime I do manage to block something, another site just pops up in its place. Is it endless? My clients are very small local business and this is absolutely ruining their analytics. I can't even show them their traffic reports since it's absolutely meaningless with all this spam. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is Google doing anything about the spam referrer plague in Google Analytics?
My client manages 15+ websites and we have observed the spam referrer issue has gotten steadily worse and worse in the last few months. I took the time to weed out the worst offenders via traffic filters but our referral traffic source garden was quickly full of weeds again a few weeks later. Does anybody know what the Google Analytics development team is doing to combat the spam referrer issue? I find it quite amazing that Google goes through the asinine effort to block out organic keyword data ("not found" & "not provided) but they don't seem to care about blacklisting/filtering spam referrers. If a site has 301 redirect - Will the Analytics of the target site show it as a referral or as the traffic source it came from?
Lets say I have a site www.abc.com and I rederect that site to www.xyz.com. If ABC.com is still ranking for keyword X and orgnically someone searches for X and they click on the ABC.com listing - In the XYZ site analytics (which is the target site) does it show as organic or referall, direct? Thanks

Any updates regarding 'not provided' organic keyword referrals in Google Analytics?
I know that the encrypted searches done by people logged into their Google accounts is causing the error, is there any workaround or any update from Google as to IF they will give us our keyword data back? I'm currently losing data on about 20% of my daily searches . . .
