Is there a way to transfer ownership of a Moz Local Listing to another account?

I have a past client who is interested in taking over the management of their own Moz Local account. I've looked through the resource material, but have not found any information on if it is possible to transfer ownership. Has anyone else had experience with this or know a solution?

I totally hear where you're coming from. Unfortunately, I don't believe this is a feature our system will allow us to support. I'll make sure to mention your feedback to the team, though. If it were possible, it would be a great feature to include.

My apologies, but our system doesn't allow for the transfer of listings between accounts.
While it's certainly not an ideal solution, the best thing I could suggest would be to cancel the listing on the current account and then purchase it on the account where you intend to have it managed. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope this helps to explain!

MOZ local is reporting that the address on my client's Google+ page is wrong (missing state).

Moz Local Validation
I am trying to list my business under Moz Local. I have filled out all of the documentation and had no errors. However I am stuck on Validation. It says "We were unable to validate the following listings on either Google or Facebook Places." I have checked both my google and facebook pages they are up to date with the most current address. Any ideas where the problem may be?
