-
Hello,
We are looking for someone to give us some training for using Moz - someone that really knows what everything is on Moz and how to use all its features.
If anyone in interested in doing this, please get in touch to discuss conditions.
We're looking forward to getting in touch with you.
Thank you!

What I'd recommend (both as a long term SEO and someone who's used Moz for years), is first book an onboarding session with Moz. I've been using the Moz suite for many years, but recently booked one, just out of curiosity really! (and to see if I had any knowledge gaps with regards what the Moz tools can do).
Don't expect strategy advice from Moz, of course, but sitting through a short onboarding session will really help you get to grips with the Moz tools and:
- Mean you need to pay a consultant for less time training on Moz's tools (so your money can be directed more to strategy & advice, rather than learning the tools)
- As you'll be a bit more comfortable with the Moz tools, you'll likely understand what the consultant you hire is talking about better
- Without meaning to be rude to anyone, you'll also find it easier to spot those who can and cannot help you.
I'm not pitching for the work or anything here btw (am booked out solid with project work for the next few months, so couldn't even if I wanted to!), I just though the above might be a good way forward for you.

Hm - that's a bit outside the scope of what the Onboarding Specialists normally cover. They're experts at helping you get set up in Moz Pro and understanding the reports and data there, but they don't really touch on Moz Local at all.
I'm afraid we don't have any kind of internal Moz training program for our tools like what you're describing. Sorry about that! You can always check out our Help Hub to see if the information you need is there, but I'm afraid we don't have training programs.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I think we managed to add all our websites into Moz and we do know quite a few about seo. We have a Moz pro account.
What we actually need is someone to take us by the hand and walk us through all the Moz features and explain what some of the reports mean, what some of terms being used in those reports mean and maybe give us ideas on the general strategy we need to use in order to make the most of your products and reporting. That includes the Moz pro features, but also other things like Moz local which appears to give us wrong reports.
That said, do you think your Onboard Specialist proposal would be able to cover all that in one meeting?
Thank you!

Howdy!
Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, Moz has a suite of do-it-yourself tools that we offer to help you implement your own SEO strategies, but we actually don't have any SEO consulting services. However, if SEO consulting was something that you were interested in, we do have a list of folks that we recommend: https://moz.com/community/recommendedWe also have some Trainings and Workshops that you can participate in, if you're interested. Check out all the details here: https://moz.com/training
Last but not least, you could sign up for a 1 on 1 walkthrough of Moz Pro with one of our fabulous and friendly Onboarding Specialists. You can check out available times here: https://analytics.moz.com/pro/walkthrough
It's best to have some data to work with if you're going to speak with an Onboarding Specialist, so we recommend signing up for a free trial ahead of your appointment!I hope this helps! Feel free to let us know at help@moz.com if you have any further questions, or if you'd like more info about our tools! Thanks, and have an awesome day!

Correct GMB page is not being pulled to validate in Moz Dashboard
Hi, I have a client who will be purchasing a Moz Local package. They have 1 main location and 11 off-site locations throughout the city. I am trying to validate the last location through the dashboard but the correct Google My Business page is not being pulled. I went to the backend of the Google My Business page and there is a banner saying, "Your business is verified. Listings may be reviewed for quality and can take up to 3 days to be published." This banner has been present for almost 3 weeks now. The Google Business pages were bulk verified and only this one page is pending review. Does anyone have insights as to why the page is still pending review? If the page is verified, why is it not being pulled to Moz Dashboard?

Our Google my business listings aren't syncing with Moz listings. I've tried importing them but nothing happens. Anyone know what the problem could be?
We have a professional level subscription for 5 company listings on Moz Local. These listings seem to have synced everywhere except for Google My Business. 1 out of 5 of these synced with Google My Business. When I try to import the listings that aren't synced, nothing happens. I would try the option "push to Google my Business" but we already have listings there. Any ideas about why these aren't importing/syncing?

Moz Local Duplicating Street Address
Hi, Whenever I done a lookup for a client we were hoping to get on Moz Local, the listing that appeared has a repeating street address. For Example 123 Some Street, 123 Some Street, Some City, Some ZIP Code I have checked Google Plus / Google My Business and no such repetition is there. If anyone has any input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated.

Moz Local "Listing Reach" plummet
Hello, I use Moz Local for our company's 12 locations. On August 15 we had a "Listing Reach" of 315. Today I noticed we're down to 29. How does one verify what the problem is with Moz Local? Thanks in advance,

Why can't Moz Local pull up my Bing local listing?
One of my listings on Moz Local has a Bing Local listing, but Moz Local can't locate it and suggests that I create one. The NAP is consistent. Is this something that occasionally occurs?

Moz Local not recognizing my CSV Listing File After Multiple Attempts
I'm trying to get Moz local to recognize my csv file, and its not seeming to do so. I've tried using Google Spreadsheets, OpenOffice Calc, and have even used a Moz Local generator in Google Docs. I've tried this a dozen times now, and none of them seem to work, and leave me with the error -- We did not recognize the file type you uploaded. Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info.

More than one set of hours per day in Moz Local
Is it possible to specify more than one sets of hours in Moz Local? For example, one of my clients is open 9:00-11:00am and 2:00-6:30pm one day a week. Can we include this in the hours field? They also have different hours for some of their staff vs others. I know that part is too complicated! I hope we can at least do two sets of open/close hours for one day, though. Has anyone done this successfully?

Is the Google Local Descriptor compatible with MOZ Local?
If I'm understanding Google correctly, we can use a single descriptor as part of a business name, and to do so, you use the following format in the business name field: Business Name - Descriptor Is this correct? If so, is it not compatible with MOZ Local? I used the format above, and MOZ seems to see the descriptor as part of the business name, and won't let me verify. Is the best approach to using a descriptor to get verified first, then add it? Or will that mess other things up?
