What is the best tag to use for your Logo ?

Hi Alex........In short, <logo>doesn’t currently exist but there are a couple of options to markup your logo correctly.</logo>
It’s been a long running discussion within the industry as to whether people prefer to use an h1 tag or just an image tag for the site logo. Personally I prefer to just use an image but that whole argument has been covered many times before.

</header>In my opinion, the best way to tag your logo is using Schemas, in fact, Yoast Seo Plugin the most popular SEO plugin for Wordpress use that solution to markup the logos of a website.
If you have Wordpress and use Yoast SEO you can check it on YOAST > DASHBOARD > COMPANY INFO, you can upload your logo and the name of your company and then they will mark up this information to tell Google your name and logo....Regards

Can you use the canonical tag and rel=next and rel=prev on category pages.
We have a conflict of information between our web developers and our SEO company. We are an on-line retail company hence we have a fair number of different categories. Our site is set up with the rel=next and rel=prev tags. Our SEO company have asked us to implement canonical links on our category pages and leave the rel=next and rel=prev tags as they are. Our web developers are saying by doing this we are asking Google to ignore all of our products on all of the pages except page 1 which would mean Google would not index a lot of our products. Is it OK to include name of your town to the title tag or H1 tag on a blog to enhance local search results
I recently attended a webinar by ETNA Interactive on local search SEO. The presenter recommended including the name of your town in the title of the blog to increase local search SEO. Is this OK? Ive always been concerned that it is such an obvious attempt to rank locally that Google would consider it "spammy" ? black hat, "sketchy" or otherwise manipulative. Have the rules changed? What are "stop" words in Title Tags?
My client is following his GoDaddy SEO Checklist, and it is reporting 5 errors in Title Tags, saying the Titles contain "stop" words. I can't figure out what these are. Any ideas?

Title tag length
Hi, I am fairly new to SEO and have just noticed the end of my title text has been cut off by Google in the serps results. Everything i have read tells me titles should be maximum of 70 characters, however, Google is only displaying 54. See below Security systems | wireless | battery powered | Police...
