Keyword rank tracking across subdomains
-
I would like to track how keywords rank across blog.website.com and www.website.com without setting up separate campaigns for each. We don't care if the blog, or the main site rank, we just want something to rank and therefore want to track both sites in 1 campaign. Is there a way to do this without setting up a separate campaign for the subdomain and the main site?

Hi Amy,
If you set up a Campaign for the url 'website.com' we will automatically track rankings for all the subdomains on your site.
However if you want to separate these out to show results just for a particular subdomain vs another you would need to set up two Campaigns one for www.website.com and blog.website.com
You can read more about Campaign setup here on our Help Hub.
I hope this helps!

Hi,
Treat subdomains as a separate site across your Google accounts as well as Moz tracking.

Hi
Set up a separate search console property for the two url's. That is the easiest method that allows you to measure and track both sites separately.
Hope that helps.

Best way to find keyword volume data for lists
Hi Mozzers! I have a workflow question. I like to browse for keywords by hitting the SERPs and getting Related Keywords, People Also Search For, and Long-Tail Variants using various tools. I then scoop up these entries and paste them into a spreadsheet. The next step would be to find search volume data. Does Moz Explorer offer a good way to find this data for lists of keywords? I see how to get this info for one keyword at a time, but I'm interested in getting KW volume for a list, either by pasting KWs into a field or uploading a spreadsheet. I recall using the Google Keyword Planner once for this purpose, but I wonder if Moz also offers a way. I am a Moz Pro user. Thanks in advance for your advice. AK

Correct Moz Settings for Tracked Keywords Summary
Hi,For some reason, on my tracked keywords summary page, the URL shown to the right of each keyword appears to default to my homepage and not the page I want that keyword to rank on. How do I resolve this? I've tried looking around but can't see how to change it so that the correct URL is shown against the correct keyword. Many thanks! Bob

Keyword Research
Hello, Does MOZ have a tool which allows for keyword research to find long-tail keywords which are worth putting in the effort to rank for (keyword effectiveness rank)? This also includes being able to see traffic stats for number of searches by keyword, by country? Kind regards,

Campaigns by Subdomain
Hi Moz community, I'm trying to optimise an online store and I'm thinking of setting up separate campaigns for each of our categories e.g. games, clothing, music etc... If I set up these campaigns with URL's like: /music and /games, would Moz track only URLs within these subdomains? Is this best practice? Thanks, Paul

Keyword Research
I am coming from SERPIQ and Raventools and they both seem to have something that Moz Analytics does not have. I can type in a keyword in either of them and it will deliver up relevant keywords and the search volume for them. Also I can enter a url and get all the keywords that a page is ranking for. Are these just things that are missing from Moz Analytics or am I missing something? They are both really important features to me.
