Paid link with high quality content

I know paid links is against google's policy. But what if I have a very quality content including my paid link on blogger's site referencing to my site.
Is it counted as an ad or spammy content which leads to penalization by search engines ?

Thanks for your response. The thing is I am trying to understand how search engines decide how a blog post is paid link or not ? It is almost imposible in terms of search engine's eyes.

@zeitnot Instead of paid links why don't you try guest posting and get organic backlinks. I think that would be more helpful and you don't have to worry about google's policy as well.
