Should I be worry that the link below returns that message? My listing is live and well, it can be accessed from anywhere except from Google places page, under "Respond to reviews
Owners can post a public response to **reviews **by Google users."Any thoughts?

I think that's a smart idea, echo1. Starting a thread in the Google and your Business forum seems like your best bet for getting direct Google feedback on this.

Hi Miriam, I already read 2 out of 3 forum messages above, I read the third one now and applied the instructions but I get the same message. I will try to get Linda or Vanessa involved.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Again Echo!
This is Vanessa Gene's post on 'Do Not Support'

However, this doesn't exactly describe what you're experiencing and I have seen identical issues reported in the Google and Your Business Forum. Read this thread and try to figure out if it applies to your situation:

I know I've seen this brought up many times at the Google and Your Business Forum. You might want to do some further searches there for the topic if the above links aren't describing your issue. It's good that at least your listing is still live!

We are a Healthcare system which has 70+ medical service/practice locations and 2500+ individual doctor lists. What is the best way manage these locations list, so they are not completing with each other in local search. for example, if search for "urgent care", we will like our medical practice group location show up before individual doctor in local search. What is the best practices for managing your group location lists and your individual doctor lists? Thanks!

Citations for service providers and different locations
My clients are mostly photographers who work from home, so service based and dont have a full address listed or fear to and many want to service bigger cities and not cities they live in, or want more than one city and state. What are best practices for SEO for multiple locations as well as service providers?

Would listing an address on a location page for a franchise count as a citation?
If a small franchise with 15 locations implemented location pages for each location including address and phone then made them crawlable by the search engines and also accessible through a store locator, would this be counted as a citation for the location?

Google Places Multiple Locations Strategy
Hi, I have client who is a psychology college that has multiple locations across the United States. We currently have a Google places setup for their main location which is in Chicago. They also have multiple locations in California and Washington d.c. My question is what is the best strategy for setting up Google places for each one of their locations? can it all be done from the Chicago Google places account or do I have to build out individual Google places accounts for each location. Thanks!

Google Places with locations inside of a mall
I got a great question from a franchise owner today regarding Google Places for his business. His businesses are all in malls. With Google Places there is an emphasis on using consistency and full contact details, as we well know. The issue is his locations are in a mall and don't have a physical address to receive mail or verify their address. Is there a way to leverage Google Places in this kind of situation, or do you just use the general mall address?

Local SEO - our company is in 2 very different locations
Hi, Our company nlpca.com is in 2 locations. It's doing really well in San Francisco, California But we've opened a 2nd location in Salt Lake City, Utah The problem is that our site is all about San Francisco, California. Utah is just as important as San Francisco to us and we need to start tailoring to both. People from Utah say they are confused because our site is so tailored to California. Even our domain name is the keyword "NLP" combined with the state initial "CA" for California. A new domain is not an option. One thing we are thinking of doing is changing our header to say "The NLP and Coaching Institute and the NLP Institute of California". It would say both of our company names and hopefully the first would catch the Utah people. But I don't think it's just our banner. Can you take a look at our site and tell us how to tailor to both locations and keep our current working optimization for San Francisco, California? Thanks!

How can we geo-target our website optimization for cities besides our physical location?
We have a client that is a solar energy installation & leasing company in Austin, TX that wants to target the Houston and Dallas markets. We can do a Place Page for their physical offices in Austin and San Antonio to drive traffic for those cities. But we’re not sure the best way to help them rank for Houston and Dallas, where they don't have a physical address. We’re considering a separate landing page for each city, optimized for the geo-term. Will that help them to rank in the 7Pack in Houston and Dallas, if there’s no Place Page? Will it help them rank in the organic listings for that region? Can you offer any other suggestions for how to help them rank in 2 cities where they don’t have physical offices?
