Has anyone heard of www.bloggen.be
-
Hi, i am a bit confused, it seems that my content and my google ads are going onto this site www.bloggen.be which is a foreign site, google is asking if i want to authorize my ads to be shown on this site which i have said no, but what i am worried about is, if they are stealing my content or displaying it in some way with my google adsense
Can anyone let me know if this has happened to them and how i can find out if they are taking any of my content

Hi Tim,
The first step is to determine if your content has been reproduced without your permission. The easiest way to do this is to simply search Google. Take a unique part of your content - a sentence of two, and wrap it in quotes for an exact match search, like this:
You can also limit your search to a particular site with the site: operator. Dr. Pete has a good article about it.
Or you can use one of several tools like Copyscape.
To be honest, sites steal and scrape content all the time. Most of the time it isn't a problem, but occassionaly you may find folks misrepresenting you, profiting from your content or hurting your rankings. If this is the case, you should work to have the content removed. This can range from a simple letter to the webmaster to an official DMCA takedown notice, although it rarely comes to this.
Hope this helps! Best of luck.

Can Anyone Recommend a Web Page Automated Tagging Solution for Large Sites?
We're looking for a way to automate content tagging on our site with a pre-existing solution/software/tool. This is mainly for content organization and to better establish internal linking connections for a large site. We work with Adobe Creative Suite.

Can anyone recommend a good reliable blogging platform for a small to medium sized manufacturing and services company?
I've been asked by my manager to investigate the best blogging platform for our company website. On a recent CIM course it ways suggested that Wordpress is not necessarily reliable. Could anyone advise? The blog is required to provide a space for current industry news, casestudies etc. It is also envisaged that the blog will allow comments. I've only got good things to say about Wordpress, but have only used the platform for my own small SEO company.

Anyone have a collection or list of spammy websites?
Random I know. I started a fun pet project at www.me-not-spammer.info. Total spam. Totally says it's not spam. Satire and all, something only SEO people will get really. Anyway I want to make a sidebar of other "not spammers" and need to find a bunch of spammy websites. Problem is they don't rank in search engines obviously so I know of only the ones who leave comments on some of my wordpress sites. Anyone have a list of a bunch of them so I can link to them in my blogroll?

Does anyone know of a great inexpensive article writing company overseas?
Hello, I'm hoping someone here has used or knows about a content writing company overseas that is very good. We would provide a lot of the information, and they would gather the rest by internet or talking with manufacturers by skype. We need at least 200 articles written, and we're on a tight budget. The articles need to be unique content, and very helpful to users. The people or person I hire will provide the articles in Microsoft Word, I'll do the rest. So far I've posted on Elance. Any useful people, companies, or helpful hints in doing this is appreciated! Thank you.

Does anyone have some examples of Ecommerce websites that have great product reviews that are SEO friendly?
I am trying setup product reviews on an Ecommerce site and was wondering if there were some good websites to create a model around that is SEO friendly. Right now my reviews are in a separate directory off the review (http://www.example.com/review/product/etc) and I would like my reviews to be attributed to the product page to add in free, fresh, unique content that contains valuable information for both the user and SEO (new keyword derivatives). Also any suggestions on getting users to leave reviews? Whether it is a monetary incentive/coupon or a free method (of course this is preferred :)) Thanks in advance!
